If you're talking about the 2K9 background it's on the 2K9-template. Look for the 2K9 custom covers thread. other backgrounds are probably created by the guys who make the covers.

I just got photoshop 2 days ago so im not very good but here we go
i dont know how to do the backgrounds and the edges are rough but its a start.

Yea i know i was asking how you guys make the backgrounds. If anybody could give me a link to a tutorial or something i would appreciate it.

You can always search for hi-res backgrounds and then work with them and also use brushes. You don't have to create the background by youeself.

Thanks, I just really dont know how to use the brushes yet. All I know how to do is cut the people out and put them on the cover lol.
