no...i know because i tried...

i remember seeing how you can plug a keyboard and mouse to the PS3 and figured hell i can use the PS3 controller for the PC...this was when i first loaded up 2k9

If you want a controller for PC just get a xbox 360 wired controller, thats what I use for games.

BTW, for PC gamers, hopefully 2k10 has basically the same file types as 2k9 has. so the mods and patches can be re-used.

Yes it is. If you search Google for it there are plenty of tutorials to follow for different operating systems.
I'm running Windows 7 (RC1) and followed this and I got everything working, including motion and vibration. I'm not sure if this will work for every OS but just search for a tutorial for XP or Vista.

It can be a little involved but it is possible.

By the way, it's going to be on steam (although it won't be required according to Ron). Good news for me, i don't have a problem with steam and it'll be cheaper than the 28€ that amazon and other shops want

why are u so sure it will be cheaper ? really dont see games cheaper there than in some online shops. in fact, im sure i find better prices in certian online shops. when i watch their prices they are the same like in big stores in the city or so ...
and 2k10 for the pc seems to establish the price of 28€, no matter if amazon or small game shops.

well, my pre-order is a sure thing and i cant wait till next week i think it will be my best spent 28€ since a long time and with the superb modding commu we got for the pc we are way ahead of the console guys :P

There will probably be a similar tool for 2K10, but I wonder how it's gonna be affected by the emotions/expressions...

We are also looking forward to mod NBA 2K10 as much as we can. We have spent a year studying NBA 2K9 and now, after a great work by Stelios and jor1980, we believe that we are ready to release tools and mod the upcoming basketball game by 2K Sports.

well, i'm not sure, but i thought steam usually just puts a €-sign there instead of the $-sign (which would actually be good in this case, sadly)

NBA 2k10 PC versions are already released in some areas of Europe and Australia. To those who got the PC version early, perhaps you can input some impressions, screen shots and vids in this thread. thanks guys

One would think that 2K's PC development team is moving abroad or something. Soon the PC version will be released in North America right before Christmas...
