The biggest problem I have is training camp, I'm playing 10 min quarters which is great for Summer League and D-League, but for Training Camp it's brutal. You don't get subbed out, and you're playing against the same team mates for 6 games. I'd love to be able to change the number of minutes for a quarter. Training Camp really needs something more interesting than those games.
Also I don't think the number of minutes is the biggest culprit for high scores. The simulation seems to be the biggest problem. For 10 min quarters, I was subbed in after 4 minutes and the score was 28-20. At the end of the quarter the score was something like 38-34. For games I play more than 20 mins in the scores are usually in the 80s and 90s. For games I dont play more than 20 mins in the scores are usually 110+.Comment

I'm doin 10min also and I agree the training camp was really brutal playing so many minutes. I was so bored after the second game and just played through all to get into the NBA games part. Right now im on the Timberwolves, I did the workaround for cloning but would like to know am I stuck on the Timberwolves till a patch is released? This is one of the few teams I did not want to play on. I agree, the training camp can be kinda boring playing a ton of minutes. I still have 2 games to go in it playing 9 minute quarters. Sure wish you could change the minutes inside my player mode or set separate minutes for these scrimmage type gamesComment

Just played my first game in the NBA and wow..score was 4 -12 my Timberwolves against the nets. By the time I was in late 2nd quarter the score was 80 -63. I over look more than most as far as stats but even this one bugged me hehe. Hope this gets fixed, guess the only real work around for this one is dont seem till you get in...also if you don't press Y to sub will the even sub you in? yea the training camp was bad but i only play 7 min quarters
im on the bulls... first two games i did average and a lil under average
but for some reason against lebron
i scored 29 5 assist 11 boards
and played 22min
funny because my other games i played like 10
they kept me in the whole 4th becuase i played so goodComment

Has anyone had games simulated randomly in this mode? I've got 12 games completed while my Wolves have 14 games played. Looking at the stats for the games I "missed", it shows that I played and scored about 15 ppg on average in them. I would hate if this keeps happening, since I had no assist and grabbed no boards in either games.
I'm also certain that I'm not simulating the games myself...Comment

I changed the settings to all star and changed the minutes from 5-8 but it never changed in My Player mode when i started a new one. Can some please tell me how to do it? ThanksComment

Damn..I got the clone on ps3..What do I do know? Should I just continue my career? I'm leading the league in PER at 45.1 and I already have monster offensive ratings and 24 mpg for suns..Wouldn't want to start over..09-10 The return of Run TMC: The Run EMC

2. I don't know if its just coincidence but...
I was having freezing problems in My Player mode with a player I imported from draft combine.
The 2 times I was having freezing problems I loaded up draft combine played a game quit and the next time I tried My Player mode the freezing was gone...
Just thought I'd share, not sure if this a fix or just coincidence...Comment

do i have to have the draft combine for the picture of my player to show up on my 2k sports profile? my friend has a picture of his player and mine doesnt but he bought the draft combine. that being the case, he didnt import his player from the combine, its a new one he created through the actual game. you can click the picture and it shows his overall attributes and stats and i have no option to do so on mine.Comment
