Your best bet is to call around to the 15 FYE's in the MD/DC/VA area on Friday. They always get them early and there is always one who well sell them early.

They always give the same answer which is "Oh we got it, but we can't sell it til Monday."

The first post in a thread with over 100 that has some substantial information. I am nowhere near you, but still want to thank you for providing us some information rather than either saying "I have it" (and not providing any details) or saying "yo, if you get it in the CHI hook me up with a PM!!"

(P.S. All my Chi-town Osers, I'm going to tell you now that it's probably going to be fruitless trying to get it early around here as traditionally our street dates are strictly adhered to).

I'm going to Florida with my girl this weekend and am going to call around (I don't know if they're any better about releasing early). If they sell early, I'll come on here and see if anyone in Chicagoland wants me to hook them up (but I wouldn't get your hopes up just in case they are as strict as we are).

You don't have to "go about it this way". If you (and everyone else) stopped filling the thread with requests, and wait for those in your area who have it to simply post what area they found it in, you can PM them, and it'd be alot less cluttered.

BTW, for my Chicagoland people, my GF pointed out that by the time we get back from Florida, it's going to be late Sunday night meaning that you won't be able to get a copy from me until Monday morning (only a day before release). Kind of not worth it. Sorry guys.
