I noticed a huge poster this afternoon when I made a trip to Wal Mart. It said it would be in stock at 12:01.

Technically Walmart and 90% of all major stores had the game since Wednesday. And yep 12:01am is officially Tuesday so Walmart can sale it then.

My Wal-Mart about 3 miles from me is advertising NBA 2K10 as being available on 12:01 AM on 10/6.

So yea that's where I'm getting mines.

I'm never buying anything from GameStop again in my life.

If you're talking about Amazon, my 2k10 shipped today, and should arrive tomorrow (amazon prime 2 day delivery). Of course the place its shipping from is one state away, otherwise i'd probably would've gotten it wednesday.
