Milwaukee Bucks or Sacramento Kings. Bucks have Jennings and Bogut to build around, and Kings have Evans, Hawes and Thompson.

Both will struggle for wins in this upcoming season.

I always run an association with the cav's. Did it before they had LBJ and wil do it after he leaves.

I am going to control all 30 teams....LBJ though appears to be on his way to many, many, MVP's and scoring titles though.

I wonder who won MVP in 2011?...Its the only year he didn't win MVP in that screen shot.

the cavs are my fav team but i dunno about playing associations with them... seems too easy. i prefer a bad team so i have to fight for every win.

I cant do an association with the cavs, I just feel like having LBJ in the game is cheating. I stick with the c's, even though there really good lol. Trust me I'd rather do a c's association when they had walter mccarty, kenny anderson, vitaly potapako and antoine, now THAT would be fun.

One reason I'm rolling with the Rockets Association is because I do every year. We've been beasts for the past few years, but this year, Artest is gone, Yao is hurt, and T-Mac took a ratings plummet!

So basically the team is in the cellar. It will be fun not having a super-dominant team.

The only thing me and the OP have in common is we are both excited for our Associations more because of Mo's screenshots. Him, because LeBron is God in the game. Me, because T-Mac (who's barely human) can possibly be re-upped for ~6 mil a year! I'm going to love having a young team AND capspace! So different from years past...

What up Streets....I thinkt that the Rockets are in a pretty decent postion and suprise a lot of people

• Scola will have a lot of oppurtunity to shine. I really can see this guy putting up 18ppg and 9rpg
• Aaron Brooks is great and will put up 16ppg and 8ast
• Still got Shane Battier
• Hopfuly McGrady isn't shot
• Budinger could be one of the best 2nd round picks of this years draft.

I am still a bit confused as to why they through out all that jack for Ariza....Ariza has no ball handling skills and cant get his own shot off. He is a very good defender and spot up shooter but If was the rockets I would have saved my cap space.

You're right about the future of Houston (in real ife), but I don't think that translates in 2K. I can't see Scola and Brooks putting up those numbers in my Association, but I may be suprised.

As for Ariza, I think they basically were thinking about the future. They were only willing to offer Artest a 1 year deal, but were willing to offer Ariza 5 because he's younger, has a higher ceiling, and is not a nut job (besides, after watching him for 82 games, Artest is not the defender he once was and gets by on rep).

Morey said that Ariza is worth his contract based on defense alone. If he happens to grow into a capable offensive player, then it's just gravy.
