Are any of you guys playing 12 min quarters? The way the game is now it looks like you can score 200 points a game...

First thing im going to do when i get this game is use Pareds sliders and mess with the custom arena sounds...

im getting good #'s on 8 min

I'm playing 12min with some slider tweaks on Superstar and the scores have ranged anywhere from the low 90's to the 120's. Shooting % across the board is good. This game plays great if you find the right slider combinations. Only thing I still have beef with is the help D and the auto doubles in the post. No matter what I tweak or change, my AI is constantly leaving guys open for easy looks or easy points in the paint. Really hoping that 2K can patch that. Makes the online aspect of the game play like NBA Jam. Overall, great game. I'll be renting Live though to see how it compares.

I find it hilarious how the game is not even out yet but there are people, "giving up on it."

This is what this site has become over the last couple years people just saying stating random things to draw attention to themselves. The same people who said the demo was crap but bought it anyway, then will say that the game is crap after 2 days but continue to play it and these will be the same people 8 months from now still playing it and stating how crappy everything is about it.

I'm the 76ers, and I was controlling Lou Williams in the double team..Look how bad Rondo's cross made me react while I was just sitting there. If that was someone else, that would be an easy basket just because his animation forced me to move out the way..Then watch Elton Brand on Garnett..The movement was smooth until Garnett went to the basket and then Brand ended up losing his damn mind and didn't know what to do..

This is just Andre Iguodala running with Ray Allen, but all of a sudden, he transforms into full ****** and it allows Allen to get open for a wide open shot..These are things that are happening tooo much, and it's worst with User vs User which is what I play most

I'm finding the pick and roll unstoppable on the default settings (it was the same way with 2K9). If I call for a pick, the "picker" roles to the basket, feed him the ball and it's basically an automatic dunk or layup every time. CPU's defense reacts extremely poorly to it. This will need be adjusted/fixed via sliders.

i dont see whats the problem in any of those videos. elton Def awareness is low so yeah he going to get lost unless u expect everybody to be like tim and KG.

and that andre video is basketball 101. guard the ball handler on a fast break. now you can say that the other two players was suppose to come and either guard rondo or move over to ray but andre did what he needed to do.

I wasn't even on the screen in this one, I just the CPU play to see what they would do..Ray Allen was in the right hand corner and that's who Thad was checking but they both Ran to Pierce because he got open somehow after everybody got stuck in the paint

YUP. everything default. I thought I had zoomed in a bit because I was testing that, but I just checked and I reverted everything back to default for the vids I'm capturing.

About that help D problem. Do I have to change sides in every game and set it up for CPU or is that permanent setting? Or do I have to worry about my help D only?

my issue with the game thus far is the lack of intelligence by my cpu teammates... constantly leaving their man unguarded for an open uncontested shot. this is the reason for the high shooting %... and i really don't like touching the sliders...

I've got to figure out what you guys are doing to not see the frame rate problems. I have the game installed to the hard drive and downloaded the first patch. It's not my TV because I don't have any problems with anything else I play.
