Association issue concerning contracts: under current cba, contracts can only be up to a max of 6 years. That means if someone is on their last year of their contract, you can only offer a max five year extension to make the total contract 6 years.

In 2k10, you can offer a six year extension, which isn't right.

my game freezes at the main page (the one with kobe on it) when it's checking the saves...first time it happened for me after downloading the patch..anyone else has a problem like this?

I'm having an issue in the season mode....

none of my created players stats show in the league leaders category. As well all-star voting or any things besides team leaders.

I'm averaging 19/9/19 as a PG for the Lakers in My Player, and I'm not even cracking the list for votes for the All-Star game.

If this were real life, I'm preeeetty sure I would be up there on just being in the LA market alone, but still.

Im a few season in my association and i noticed that some player have contracts earning zero a year. People like Chris Bosh and Michael Redd.
This really makes me want to stop playing my association

A friend of mine recently bought a Slim PS3, and hasn't had any complaints since the date of his purchase. He's been playing 2k without any problems, but just recently he started up black top mode and his game froze. This happens every time he tries to play black top mode. He hasn't even been able to see what kind of options there are in black top mode. Do any of you guys have this problem? It honestly freezes every single time he tries to play black top mode.

I haven't read through this thread, so maybe this problem has already been addressed. Sorry if I'm reposting a problem, but I don't feel like reading through this entire thread.

Not sure if this is a known glitch.

I am in the second season of my Bulls franchise and a few things have gone wrong.

1) There are no more pre-game warm-ups/celebrations. The game goes right into tip-off. The announcers try talking about the keys to the game, but it ends up running into my gameplay.

2) There has been an large abundance of alley-oops since i have downloaded the patch, and there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it.

3) There are no rumors in the rurmor mill and because of that, i allowed the cpu to control trading and line-up management on the other 29 teams, yet they have not made one move.

4) also every rookie I got from the draft class on 2kShare seems to want to retire by the end of the season. I checked each player out and it looks like they are all 1990yrs old or more! I thought this was fixed! Now I'm editing every rookie's age just to keep them from retiring. Can anyone tell me if this will ruin the season, will they retire anyway? Because I may have to start over and I don't want to get too far in.

Is there another patch coming out soon?

glitch that I saw when I was playing a few nights ago in Association mode.

Point Guard and the guy guarding him go all the way to the back court while guarding him.

Don't know if this was posted but...

A week ago, in My Player mode, I was about 29 games into the season. After one of my games, I noticed it didn't autosave, even after I make changes to my player's gear and such. So I then go into my next game to save and exit to see if it would save. I get a message saying something like "Saving has been disabled because the profile you are trying to save with did not start the game". But I was in my main profile the whole time and made no changes. Then, the save file just disappeared. Poof.

So I then start over, but make 2 saves this time just in case it happened again. One save was at the beginning of summer league while the other was the main one that autosaved, the one I used. Now 12 more games into the season, fresh off my first triple double, I get the same thing. The file deletes after I try to save but I figure "OK, I'll just save it over my other file" and poof said the other file. Now I'm left with nothing, yet again, over what I believe to be a glitch.

It was frustrating the first time but the second time I've just given up. Has anyone had the same problem?

i'm playiing my 1st season of My Player & i'm almost 50 games into the season when all of a sudden in my game against the Hornets in the 2nd Qtr the game froze! so i got up & turned the console off & restarted the game. well again in the 2nd Qtr the game froze, this time i was heated b/c i was actually having a good game 9 pts, 5 rebs, 4 asst & 3 block shots. i couldn't believe it b/c i was gonna try & accomplish a quadruple double. i was so heated that i just turned the game off, not 2 mention it was already 2:30 in the morning. i was thinking if this happens again tonight, the i will put 2K10 down 'til the new patch in January comes out & start on COD2.

Two pretty rare but big glitches.

First is a shot that hits the side of the backboard but somehow sidesteps it and falls through the hoop.

Next is LeBron being taken out of the game by one of my CPU defenders, Battier.

Also, the overlay sometimes doesn't disappear for a while, which usually leads to a turnover from my team or a bucket for the opponent.

Same thing. Very, very annoying. I think it just may be the draft class downloaded, but it's a game killer for me.

I just went 73-9, and had the best season ever with Orlando, and now after trading my last years draft pick to the Kings, I'll most likely be able to trade up to get Harrison Barnes, yet it will be all for none as ALL draft class rookies are retiring.

what if anything can be done when the game freezes during My Player mode? I'm hoping that I don't have to start over b/c i'm already 50+ games into the season.

I know this isn't the right forum but I didn't want to create a thread for one quick question.

How do you get the My Player info up on your 2K community page? I've linked my PS3 account and I've been uploading the data from the game to the servers but nothing has happened in 3 days now. Is there something I'm missing?
