Whoever said 2K8 is terrible is trippin. That game had a high fun factor especially online. I noticed people always claim the latest is always the greatest. I haven't played 2K10 so I can't make any judgements but 2K9 was straight garbage. That game was straight unplayable. 2K7 & 2K8 was great IMO. The fun factor is there, I can't say the same about 2K9.
One thing I like about 2K7 & 2K8 over 2K9 is there wasn't as much B.S. collisions that force our players out of position which I think is a game killer. Also 2k8 & 2k7 players didn't slide as much as 2k9. The horrible player sliding/collision in 2k9 is a straight up game killer. If 2K10 is like 2K9 you can forget about it.Comment

I can't believe people are saying NBA 2K9 is garbage! I love 2k9...I enjoyed 2k9 over 2k8 and 2k7...with that said though, 2k10 blows all previous 2k games away!Comment

2k7 and 2k8 were my favorite of this generation. 2k1 was the best 2k of all time. I popped it in the other day though, and I can't believe I played it. At the time, it was so amazing.Comment

Im really surprised that people are surprised when someone says that 2k9 is the worst 2k title out of the box for this gen. The game is the most cheesable 2k game Ive ever played(without the slider tweaks).Comment

2K8 is not even on my radar, I think I fell to sleep playing that game, seriously
Get 2k10, it's better than all the other 2k basketball games. You'd have to go all the way back to 2k3 for me to be as satisfied with a NBA basketball game as I am with 2k10.
It's right up there with NFL 2K5 IMOGames I'm playing FOREVER: NFL2K5, That is all.Comment

I am pretty surprised by this poll. Wow! Like I said earlier I never played 2K10. I played 2K7 owned 2K8 & 2K9 though. I hear alot of people saying 2K10 is like 2K9. IMO 2K9 was the worst 2K of this gen period. Yeah the presentation was there but gameplay wise it sucked.Comment

2k7 was amazing.. why they deviated from that base.. i'll never know.. This game has more additions and a shiny coat of paint.. but 2k7's gameplay was 100times better.
