Wouldn't the difference be that if he doesn't open it, he could take it back to the store and get all his money back ?

Don't misunderstand me. I wouldn't buy a game and ask people if I should open it. If I buy a game, the first thing I'm gonna do when I get home is open it. This guy should've asked if it was worth $60 before he bought it.

No, it uncommon... And it's, honestly, dumb. There are SO many sheep in this world. If you can't make your own decisions, then you don't control your own life.

Yep, because every movie or game I've been interested in has been super awesome! Good Lord, if like a child I bought anything that looked remotely interesting, I'd be broke.

How is it being a sheep to want to be fully informed before making a purchase anyway? $60 is a decent amount of money, and some people want to be completely sure before commiting that much money to a game.

GTA4 and Dead Rising are constant reminders for me that no matter how interesting a game looks, it always pays to do a little research.

If you open the game you cant get your money back. I did it and tried.

Im actually glad I got stuck with it, its a really good game. It has grew on me.

Live was also good, I was originally wanting to trade 2k10 for live. However, after time 2k10 is clearly the better game despite its flaws.

I wish 2k could remove the jaggies on the PS3 version, and also have a better broadcast view Zoom. Live really makes the player models big, and I like that. I prefer to see slightly bigger player, and a little less of the crowd personally.

Why get a game if you don't have the intention of playing it? I don't understand why you guys continue to make seperate threads so people can personally give you impressions. The impressions thread exists for a reason. Use it.
