Does anyone know if they are going to add the playoff atmosphere with the crowds in the patch? People were talking about it but I dont know if anyone found out for sure.

It does work. I tried it in a quick game with the Grizzlies and there were a few empty seats. Then I tried it in my association and it doesn't seem to work in my (already running) association. Does this mean I have to start my association over in order for dynamic crowds to be in association?

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade but I definitely saw a few empty seats BEFORE this magical patch/roster update.

I remember even when the videos of the game were posted by PostPadre, folks were asking, "I thought you couldn't have dynamic attendendance in the game. Why are there empty seats?"

I KNOW I saw empty seats before and I haven't even downloaded this new roster update.

I wish I had CAP abilities, I would just show you myself.

And, again, it's been stated before that the NBA does NOT allow the devs to put changing crowds in the game. Be careful making the claim that it's in there!

I believe this is a restriction the NBA has lifted as of this year. Not completely, but enough to make it noticeable to the user.

Did you read my post? Did I say it wasn't in there? Yes, I've play Live more than 20 games and I can safely say that I was NOT looking at crowds. I was just saying, be sure you're seeing what you think you're seeing. The story of the NBA not wanting dynamic crowds is there. Now it's a question of what "dynamic" really means...

I just got clarification from a friend of mine - the NBA doesn't want the crowd to change DURING THE GAME.

Ahh. Now THAT makes sense.

I think the guys here mean Dynamic crowds as in varying levels of attendance.

MLB: The Show is still the bar, since they have people leave early during a blowout.

You are right though in that they certainly don't vary throughout the game.

The NBA needs to stop worrying so much about its image. They need to remove the restrictions completely. It would be a great feeling to take over the Wolves with their half empty arenas and turn them into a powerhouse who sells out games.

I wish they would add crowds leaving AFTER a game, though. It's always weird to see everybody continuing to sit or stand there and cheer even after a game is over.

Too bad because VC had the tech to do this for a while and was always stopped by the NFL and the NBA...
