Yes, that was his biggest flaw: trusting the word of a Sony rep. after they've proven themselves unreliable time after time.

The whole thing just seemed a little "off." Earlier in the day Ron said it would be looking like it would be coming within 7 days, then all of the sudden it was less that 12 hours? Seemed strange to me.

I'm just tired of waiting for patches. I don't have any sports games in my rotation right now because I'm waiting for patches for 2K10, Madden, and even Fight Night 4 (although I still play career mode in that, but the patch will greatly improve online play).

I hear you. I know that they only pass along the information given to them by Sony reps. There isn't much else they can do.

Why am I not surprised this patch still isn't out. The game plays so much better with the patch on my 360, all I need is the PS3 patch now. to sony and 2k, that the patch comes out today, to how it plays with the patch, and that I now have to go to class.
