    Re: Jumpshooting, whats your method?

I have found 2k10 to be very frustrating... I am an avid 2k8 player, so the adjustment hasn't been so easy for me.

what frustrates me the most, though, is that the cpu will bury a shot with a guy right in his face 4 feet behind the 3 pt. line, yet i'll miss a wide open shot with a solid shooter.

i'm tired of screwing with sliders trying to find the proper combination of shooting sliders, as well as getting the defensive pressure to play out correctly. i work on rosters, yet i never get to enjoy the game... i want to like this game, but i just feel like i can't, and 2k11 is nearly here. makes no sense to me...

I hate shooting this year because ther are to many button tap releases unlike 2k9 where you had control of your release point.

release the ball right before he flicks his wrist. try it at freethrow practice first for every player you want to play with

The shotsick is just fine, the releases are different online becasue of the lag.. If your praticing make sure it's on HOF, becasue it does not change from default just becasue the actual game setting is on HOF or whatever you have it on. You may think your getting perfect shots in practice, just make sure it's on HOF in the practice options.

to teebone and many others:i dont think there is a method to shoot perfectly. i for example just shot as long as i would get outta cold streak.just dont get frustrated when u dont hit shots at the moment. i think theproblem is not the game, its ur frustration
