Started up my online franchise with my C's. Traded everyone for younger talent and used the 2011 Blue Chip draft class. I always simulate 1 season to get rid of my expirings I acquire through trades, and once I saw how talented the draft class was, I traded all my players and future picks for the first 11 picks of the draft. Got lots of GREAT young talent, and my team's depth is so good, all 11 players (because I have Peja too and he has 0 minutes as a benchwarmer) are in Sixth Man roles, with each getting 22 minutes, and 2 with 21. I fear that my players will get greedy and get unsatisfied with 22 minutes a game. Plus, after 3 years, I'll just do the same thing I did with getting first 12 draft picks. Cheating? Not technically, but whatever you say, I don't care.
