I figure it's an extremely safe bet since the number change (from 41 to 40) has been confirmed and considering a report claiming all starters have been accounted for.

I really hope they fix his fadeaway animation before launch. The one in the new trailer isn't even close. Everything else look good, but that's like having a perfect Batman costume with no utility belt.
