Hey thanks a lot DaWolf, your contribution to this site is also appreciated. Although, i did notice that you did manage to capture two momentum shots that i was wondering about putting up in a mix or in an analysis video. You got a step back from lebron james and you got one momentum shot from dwayne wade and one fadeaway that looked AWESOME from dwayne wade as well.

Thanks for your work, man. Seems like Dirk's shot is better this year. I just hope his knees can be tweaked a little further. I mean it should be bent more. But that's not a game breaker for me.

After reviewing the vid comparison between the real and the digital Dirk shot, i have to say that it needs much work.

-The ball does not go back far enough

-his elbows should be tighter and higher

-as his arms raise to release the ball, his head should tilt back slightly

-after the follow through, the left arm comes down immediately and the right follows through and comes down softly.

Also Lebron's shot is not correct either. His shot should be like 2k10's John Salmons shot just quicker, more elevation and with straighter legs ( until the slight kick at the end.) This Gif has a clear shot of Lebron's jumper and the link I provided goes directly to a 2k10 John Salmons jumper. Nearly identical.

Nice video comparisons...I think for 2K10 I used Salmons sig for Bron, but then change it to F.Garcia. Its good to see 2K is showing efforts to get Bron's sig down right.

dirks needs some tweaking. finally after allt this years he gets a new one so do it right from the start. he is not going straight upwards, he has always some kind of falling back tendency.

Ok obviously I'm a huge LeBron James fan. The only thing I can say negative about that shot in the video is that sometimes mostly on three pointers he is going straight up very similar to his shot in the video of 2K11. But other times when shooting mid range especially but also on threes LeBron has a slight lean/fade to his jumper. Actually very similar to the Knock Knees sig shot last year which is what a changed his to in my game. As far as I can see the shot mechanics on the jumper look good this year as far as where he's bringing the ball over his head it's just lacking the slight lean off balanced nature of his jumper in the animation. A good example for reference......

Otherwise as a LeBron fan I really appreciate the work and attention being paid to getting him true to life. I'm really looking forward to seeing LeBron's momentum jump shots and leaners (one of which I believe Mike Wang had good thingd to say about).

Also another thing that was frustrating is you could not really make those long threes LeBron has recently been known for from almost half court in NBA2K10. Due to the fact that if you were a certain distance away you would get that shot heave animation. However not just LeBron but other players as well have shown their ability to shoot with considerable range with ease in reality. some examples....

On a side note I'm hoping for a LeBron lay up package since D Wade and Kobe both got one. LeBron's should be all power lay ups a lot of cupping the ball like a running back as well as fighting through contact from defenders. It is extremely difficult to effect LeBron's finishes when defending him unless there is significant contact. I woul love to see this represented in the game and animated. Another thing is LeBron is very adept at eluding defenders on the break and avoiding offensive fouls when coming full speed ahead. Also hoping that the power quick fast break dribble from last year is still in the game and hopefully it's like it was in NBA 2K8 where I felt it was perfect. When LeBron gets a rebound he looks to push the ball from end to end and that animation was perfect in 2k8 for speeding past the defense coast to coast something James does with regularity.

Brendan Haywood's shot is off. Its not that fast. He sort of has a lanky jumper if you know what I mean.

At 3:42 takes a spot up jumper and at 3:48-3:50 takes a turnaround jumper.

Jason Kidd's form could use some tweaking. When you guard him tightly, it always gets blocked because he has no elevation.
