I usually try to take a bad team and try to rebuild them so this year I will be rolling with the Raptors.

1. I plan to trade Calderon and Barbosa for picks since the first year will be a bad season with them.
2. Develop Bargnani to become a clone of Okur. Hopefully without the injuries.
3. Start DeMar DeRozan at the 3 and Ed Davis at the four. If I am going to lose might as well lose and get them experience to develop.
4. Draft or sign a SG who is lights out from behind the arc and try to either draft or sign a big man who can play on the block.

It may take a couple years but with the revamped association i will be playing this game for a while.

Probably try to trade Okafor or D West depending on the type of trade offers i'll get.

Start a 82 game franchise with the Bobcats and blow the team up. We will be in Selling/Rebuilding mode.

Only player on the roster I would consider not to be on the block would be G-Force Wallace. Jax, Diaw, Nazr, all will be traded and others could possibly be traded. Thru trades I'm going to try to get some young players with upside and multiple draft picks.

I'll try to
1) develop the young talent into solid role players
2) shed a lot of cap space and be a player for big time Free agents. (If Melo hit's free agency try to overpay for him)
3) add solid talent through the draft.

If all goes according to plan by year 4 The bobcats will be a favorite to win the East.
