I've noticed a lot of people like to switch around their lineups for a STACKED yet seemingly fun lineup e.g. the guy who put KD and Jordan on the same team. But thing is i seem to not enjoy having a stacked lineup cause it's not really fun you know? Like what's the challenge if you have lebron and wade on the same team? Kinda gets boring like it kinda ruins the point of developing players like playing with john wall for and the wizards for example. Like i created a fantasy team once with like kobe, lebron, dwight and all that and it got boring after like the 5th game cause it was too easy and everyone is expected to drop like 20+ points and only 2 or 3 could so statistics would be messed up too

Does anyone else feel this way?

take my cavs and rebuild on the fly trade antawn for a young piece and a draft pick contemplate whether to trade mo or not

I'm a big Laker fan but.. I'm goin for the OKC Thunder just for fun.

PG: Westbrook / Maynor / Ollie (Will develop Westbrook's shooting and Maynor's Defense)

SG: Sefalosha / Harden / Cook (I'm goin' to develop Harden's on ball defense. then i'll start him.)

SF: Durant / ??? (might sign a good free agent. probably a defensive guy with shooting) / Peterson / Latavious Williams (if he's in the game)

PF: Jeff Green (He's small for this position. if it does not work for me, i will trade him along with kristic for a big time center. But 70% sure that it wont happen coz i like jeff green's game.) / Ibaka / Collison

C: Kristic / Ibaka (will also play C) / Aldrich / BJ Mullens

After I play the game for a long time with every team I will pick a team and play a SHORTER season so I don't have to sim any games!!!!!! That is the number 1 thing I am looking forward to this year, (as I played more live last year then 2k10.)

I am sure I will run with the Bucks, but I might go with the Jazz for D. Williams or the Thunder for Durant.

Gonna play all 82 with my wizards.. John wall will be rookie of the year an arenas will be an all star.. Gonna develop McGee and blatche into all stars and try and build around those 4 guys... Hoping make the playoffs my first season and then sweep the heat!

I'm rolling with the Kings again -- 29 games/season so I can play multiple seasons and enjoy free-agents/drafts.

Kings were surprisingly fun in 2k10, and Caspi was such a match-up problem for the opposition. I had him playing all 5 positions given the match-ups.

My problem is that I couldn't personally shoot consistent Js with Evans in 2k10, so I relied so much on Martin. However, when simulating other associations, Tyreke avg. 25/5/5 on average like he was the next LBJ. So, I'll see how he is tweaked. Maybe it was me.

I like the moves they made over the summer for short and long term goals, and they should have some (Drake) "Money to bloooooow" after the season.

I try to keep my associations as realistic as possible. However, I'll be intrigued on the trade offers I should receive for Sam D.

I'm going to play with the Lakers and if they have Devin Ebanks and Derrick Caracter in the game I'll probably put them in and out of the roation. Not the starting 5 but I'll take them off the DNP list for a while and maybe replace like Theo Ratliff once in a while. After I finish a season I'll probably deal Derek Fisher and make Steve Blake my starting point guard.

Have any of you thought about who you will try to trade for and which guys are on the "hot seat" on your teams?

I think Rudy Fernandez will be a good look in my system with the Kings, on and off the court.

With Antoine Wright now in the mix (which should help me more defensively in the backcourt as that was his role in Dallas), Donte' Green, and/or Garcia and a future draft pick may be history in a deal to Portland asap...

Being from Milwaukee, I want to roll with the Bucks, but I've been rolling with them since 2k8. If I do go with them (as I usually do) my lineup will look like this.

PG: Jennings/Dooling
SG: Salmons/Delfino
SF: Maggette/CDR/Delfino
PF: Gooden/Ilyasova/Mbah a Moute
C:Bogut/Sanders/Gooden

I'm going to have a serious problem with minutes. I have 11 people in this rotation. I think with this lineup Mbah a Moute, Sanders, and CDR will probably play very limited minutes along with Boykins. Mbah a Moute's minutes may increase if we need a defensive stopper (if he has good defensive ratings this year). Brockman, Hobson, and Redd will be on IR. Maybe, instead of leaving Hobson and Brockman on IR, they can go to the D-league and get minutes there (I hope this feature is still in). I think Maggette is due at least one long term injury also.

The only trade I plan on making is with Redd (realistic because the Bucks don't want him anymore), or maybe I just let his contract fall off the books and he goes into free agency. It is going to be difficult to move that $18mil.

I just noticed the Bucks have 16 on their roster, looks like Tiny might not make the game.

Im gonna roll with the Lakers and trade steve blake a couple of picks for J.Wall. Lake-Show needs a young guy at point. And a guy to run the team after KB24 retires. Somehow i want to get Wes Johnson on the squad as well. Having Shannon Brown on the bench will provide the spark i need. Hopefully he doesnt have chemistry problems this yr lol

Dang well I'm going to love being LA in Association. There will be a lot to do in the off season. I wish Brian Shaw was in the game so after Phil retires I could make him the head coach. I might go after Kurt Rambis or Byron Scott.

Also, if Derek Fisher decides to retire I'll just make Steve Blake the starting point guard. If I can get a good deal for him though I'll just deal Fisher away. Might look to do something about Vujacic and Walton as well.

I'm sure the game has both Devin Ebanks and Derrick Caracter in it so I might switch Theo Ratliff in and out with either of my rookies so they can get some playing time towards the end of games. I hope there is enough room on the team though so I can have them all on the bench at once.
