First of all kudos on the game, 2K11 is looking amazing so far.
SO MANY good news!!
Also, great to hear about the PC getting the full control scheme!
I've got one quick Q regarding the information in the insight:

Will the intentional foul be more responsive?
When an opposing player gets good position inside it usually warrants a quick foul IRL (as long as your big ain't in foul trouble), in 2K10 I found it very very difficult to "get off" the foul in time. also when stopping a penetrator once the D was beat.

will it be easier this year?

Everything looks fine, I just wished they'd speed up the dribbling animations a little, kinda seems like (even in live action, not slo mo) they are like 5 year olds trying to dribble lol

Imagine euro-dunkin on heads on the break with Durant, he should be the best at that because of his length and is his go to move in transition. Tyrifik evans goes to the euro layup mostly also so in 2k11 every user can have a chance with his respective squad. If what the producers and ppl have played it before have said is true then maybe everyone wont have to go to miami to feel that will be their best chance to win. I feel like if you dont like wade and lebron in real life then you shouldnt be them in the game just cause tey are great videogame players, ppl wont win that way mostly. Thats all i gotta say.. lookout for my bulls and wizards squad on 360 @ Queenzballa5 im comin for heads all day

Iso-Motion should be no problem for me. I cant wait to practice with some good ball handlers.

PC and 360 will share the exact same control scheme this year

On 2K10 we were concerned about keyboard users not being able to perform iso moves (imagine 'twirling a half spin using ASWD!), thus the controller config we ended up with for that game. We have so many cool stuff for 2K11 that it just doesn't make sense to only support it for the consoles.

So, are you saying the triggers will be triggers this year and not on the bumpers?

Correct. Same mapping as the 360 controls, if you plug in a 360 controller.

are there seperate buttons for shot contest and block?

i.e. can we JUST contest a shot from a guy, instead of having to fly up in the air like a crazy man every time?

Really glad you brought that over, man. That and the left trigger passing were two things that I thought were great innovations in basketball gaming last year.

Wanted to clarify one thing. At 1:48, the instructions for the stepback jumper is wrong.

You do them by driving across the court and moving the Shot Stick away from the basket.

or

Drive across the court, quickly move the Left Stick away from the basket and press the Shot Button.

I think I explain all this in the upcoming Insight... but don't remember. Wrote that thing a month ago.

WOW, this game looks awesome and the moves look so fluid. I can't wait for October. VC has stepped up big time.
