Re: 2K Developer Insight: Presentation
OMG, WOW....
Next time you play as the road team and pull off one of those Signature Gather moves (as seen in the Controls Trailer), you might just see a couple of the wanna-be referees in the crowd stand up and beg for a traveling call from the guys who get paid to be officials. Not only that, but when calls go against the home team, you’ll see some the crowd react in a similar fashion.
This was done in an effort to give the home crowd a little personality and to mimic the kind of stuff that YOU may do when attending to game (I can’t be the only one who does it). It also shows that the fans know what’s going on in the game. The best part about this is the percentage of the crowd reaction differs from city to city.Comment

Re: 2K Developer Insight: Presentation
And here's hoping they got rid of the corny holiday overlays... (Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) Maybe I don't pay attention but I never see real broadcasts do that.

Re: 2K Developer Insight: Presentation
It’s pretty cool that the spectators aren’t there just because we have to make the stadium look full. Another example of this (which is my favorite) is certain players doing their signature rituals on their home floor before tip-off, and the crowd actually responding to themComment

Re: 2K Developer Insight: Presentation
But for me, what is even more exciting than dancing bears is really seeing the psychological game between the refs and the coaches. If a coach is not pleased with a call, you will see the coach unload on the ref. A bad play on the floor by a player will trigger a more visceral response from Coach, but I am sure Phil Jackson will be his usual zen self. The coach and refs are no longer dormant chess pieces but really a part of the game.Comment

MVP ! ... MVP ! ... MVP ! ... 2k deserves we do them those chants until we have no salliva or until October 5 comes ... holy chants batman !, even after.
I am extremly hyped and anxious to read the association insight, with all those details and added inmersion (playoffs visual and sound atmospheras, yes ! ... arguing calss, yes ! ... halftime segment, yes !) ... I just hope they have implemented thecyber faces instead of those out of place black silhouttes as it could be the only detrayal, the only major thing that could take away what has been added.Comment

Someone in white stood up after a foul throwing his arm looking like he was yelling at the ref... funnyComment

But other than that, it sounds good and definitely can't wait to get my hands on this.#RespectTheCultureComment
