I use 2k with the camera zoomed all the way out.

I'm using this because I hate the side view but I just wish it zoomed out a little further or at least have the camera focus on the player you're using especially on defense.

Drive cam puts you right in the action of the game while maintaining decent court vision and leaving the isomotion controls consistent by keeping you squared to the hoop.

its a better 2k cam imo.

For player lock it kills.

I couldn't get into broadcast this year, but I will get down with it once in a while. I play on drive which evolved from 2K. I prefer drive because it helps me when I drop the ball down into the post.

For guys that use the 2K or High camera, what settings do you use?

I use HIGH with the Zoom at 5 and the Height at 10.


I'd like to thank the developers from the bottom of my heart for returning the auto flip option to the HIGH camera angle this year!

started using SIDE and I love it, it gives me a great feel for the court, I used to use side back in the day on dream cast now I'm back, I only mess with the height if I have too but default is just fine.

I Use 2k.

I believe I have it at 9 and 7 (now I forgot the name of the category lol)

but I love it for my ISO..I always played BROADCAST since 2k5, but never could get the ISO moves due to the camera angle being weird...so for Broadcast is ISO camera relative or what?

I use the DRIVE cam. It helps me see hole better on drives to the hoop, I can feel the double teams when they are coming, plus since it is in so close I really have to get close to make passes, which cuts down on turnovers. The only thing that is weird about the Drive cam is when there is a steal and the auto switch flips around, I end up going the opposite way sometime on fast break steals.

I am just addicted to broadcast. I tried the 2K cam and it's cool and I can see the benefits, but I have a great grasp of the controls (with lot's of practice) on broadcast and love it.

I played basketball in high school too but I do use the broadcast camera but than again I do switch to the 2k camera from time to time. I really don't think it has anything to do with whether you played real basketball or not, some people just prefer the broadcast camera because it is almost similar to what they do see on TV.

And I can't believe some people actually can't play on certain angles because its easier to iso, etc,.....I just cant' relate....When I learn to play a game, I learn to play it pretty much in every possible way...I can dribble just as well in 2K game, nosebleed, showtime, or whatever because I know how to play the game, lol....I've ALWAYS preferred broadcast in 2K because simply put, I like my game to look how it looks on TV...It helps me get into the game more....When I play on 2K cam, it feels claustraphobic.....

I thought I would be using Broadcast since I got used to it playing the demo... over and over.... But my love for the 2k View Came through when the retail hit my PS3 October 4(thats right, 1 day early )

I have been using the nosebleed camera set to 3 and 1 with both of the other options off. I was going back and forth between the broadcast and 2k camera and I was just messing around and found this one.

I would recommend everyone try it, especially if you like the broadcast camera because I feel like this is a better option and you still have the side scrolling effect.

I've always used 2K cam in previous games and I probably play best on it, but I can't get off of broadcast this year. It just looks too good with the upgrades they've made to it, and with the new controls I have no issues getting the move I want every time.
