Re: NBA 2K11 Isomotion/Shot Stick Help (360)
I disagree with you. My view of sports games evolving doesn't include making it more complicated. As technology evolve, it should become more user friendly (apple computers, DJ equipment and so much more is simpler today than it was decades ago). And NHL Hockey control schemes are not complicated at all. You have a joystick for your skates and a joystick for your hockey stick.
I don't know, I'm just not feeling these controls at all, they are dated.Comment

Re: NBA 2K11 Isomotion/Shot Stick Help (360)
Okay does anyone notice when you play slightly sim the ai tends to become even more agressive i'm playing the demo right now i just got the ball intercepted twice in two of 3 positions mostly on me starting to play like it was 2k10 and then i went down the middle with kobe for a jordan style dunk and met Kg with a full contact block i'm like wtf
Ai is like matching you on levels and keep up with you, the better you play the better they get and also the opposite.
Sorry it's out of topic but i had to say it.
Again thanks Wang and co, i hope you get my thankful wishes for this real basketball game.Comment

Re: NBA 2K11 Isomotion/Shot Stick Help (360)
man, i've NEVER liked the idea of dribbling with the same stick i use to move my player. If 2K just jacked or re-invented EA's idea of dribbling with the right stick & player movement with he left, We'd be in business. It's just too many damn combinations to remember when i'm trying to just break free off a cross and make a pass or pull up out of it... trulybut i make the most of it because i kick major *** with my simple way of using the iso...

for some reason Iso sucks this year. When trying to spin and put the ball behind back you end up doing something else half the time. My thumb hurts.Comment

Re: NBA 2K11 Isomotion/Shot Stick Help (360)
Fixed that for you. It's not the game, it's you. The controls are extremely responsive and for the most part, very easy to do.
I wish people would quit blaming the game for their inconsistencies on the sticks.Comment

2. Total Control Passing – Adding versatility to our game, especially for advanced users, is always a must and passing presents great opportunities for that. In 2K11 we’re adding a passing feature called Total Control Passing, which gives users the ability to take control of a teammate off the ball while also determining when and where he will be thrown the ball. While holding the right button (on the 360; R1 on the PS3), the user will be presented with the passing icon buttons, at which point holding one of those buttons allows for the user to manually control the movement of the corresponding player with the left stick. Releasing that button while keeping the right button held (on the 360; or R1 on the PS3) results in a pass to the user. If the user releases the right button (on the 360; or R1 on the PS3) while keeping the receiver’s button held, the user will temporarily take control of the player until he calls for a pass.Comment
