Re: IGN: NBA 2K11 in 3D and MOVE
all this motion control junk is just a bunch of gimmicky B.S. it's a fad...once people get ahold of it and they realize the motion controls can't perform the actions they want, this motion control fad will die quickly. it works for very simple casual Wii type games, but motion controls just aren't responsive enough to work on hardcore games.Comment

Neither the Move or 3D really appeal to me.
In regards to the move working with a game like NBA 2K11. I don't personally think it will be that complimentary. There is so much strategy involved in the game that utilizing the move will become too much of a distraction from carrying out things such as on the fly playcalling.
The idea of 3D technology is sound. However the requirement to wear the 3D glasses puts me off.Comment

[QUOTE=Moe24-;2041623037]I gotta see that lol....any who I don't plan on buying a move unless a game i truly love is better by using it. That said, I don't think these features they are adding will really be implemented well until next years title. Like us, the developers have to get use to the capabilities of the technology. 3D will be nice to see, but I bought my samsung 55" LED right before the 3D craze hit and really, so I guess I'll miss that boat for the next 10 years or so.Comment

I'm furious that xbox 360 doesn't get 3d... that's not fair.Comment

I've been playing the Move since it came out Friday and all I can say is don't knock it til u try it. The Move is light years ahead of the Wii. The Wii couldn't do most of the stuff the Move can do even if Nintendo tried to make it do so. The tech isn't there, period.
Now, I am a VERY active person and play b-ball IRL but if they can get this done in first person, whoa-dip! Another level of immersion. I just hope 2K doesn't rush this and decides to patch it in later if they can't get a first person view highly operational with this game by launch. I am FIENDING for this to work properly but ONLY in first person. I need to get a 3D TV, too, shoot.Just cuz you pour syrup on ish....Comment

the ps3 move will eat the wii alive.
but as far being on topic...imagine being able to actually control the moves we've seen in the demo with ur actually motions and not jus ur finger tips.
2k11 is about 2 get so ridiculous...cant wait any longer actually...(plays demo 4 the hundred thousandth time)Greatest Franchise Ever
