Really? Which difficulty do you play on? (not that I'm questioning Kobe's skills).

I have to carry the Thunder every night just for us to have a chance.

6'2 PG, pass first. Got drafted by the Twolves in the first round. Johnny Flynn better be ready for the bench!

Just started one up. I created a 6'0 SG who's a scorer out of Florida A&M. I've played two Draft Combine games so far. The first game I scored 28 points recorded 3 rebounds and about 3 assists(or something close to that) but failed my other objectives...not good at all.

In my 2nd game, I scored 17 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 assist's but completed two of my goals.

My player is currently projected to go in the 2nd round to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)

I like how it's going. I created a 6'5 All-Around SF coming from my college of Ohio State.

I was drafted in the 2nd Round Pick 5. I joined rookie John Wall, and we had a very tough Playoff season. Round 1 was against the Cavs which wasn't a problem. Round 2 was against the Celtics. Round 3 against the Heat. And the championship against the Lakers. ROTY and Finals MVP.

Round 2 onward always went to Game 7. I'm in my 2nd Season with the Wizards, got my billboard, magazine cover, and shoes. (Is there anything else to earn, btw?)

I want to attempt a three-peat before I trade to the NY Knicks (Was born in Brooklyn, and it only feels right).

(I realized that at the beginning of a new season they gives you a choice of teams that you can trade to which is much easier than requesting a trade and going on a team that you might not like).

Attepting a 3peat will be really tough though, especiailly since whenever they asked me who I wanted them to look for in a trade, I never got anyone that I wanted. We lost Hinrich and got Salmons from the Bucks I think.

I'm interested in Marc Gasol, who was a free agent at the beginning of the 2nd season. And there's rumors of Lamar Odom wanting a trade. But I'm not sure if getting rid of Yi Jianlian and Andre Blache will be a good thing or a mistake. I'm fine with John Wall at PG and Arenas as SG, so I want them to stay.

Sorry for the long post, but has anyone actually gotten a player they asked for?

I'm about to finish up my first season with the Mavs, had a season high 70 points in a SHOOT OUT with Kobe Bryant and the Lakers. Kobe had 50, i had 70, it was crazy how HOT kobe came out on me. It was a superstar matchup, so i got X2 skill points, i got like, 7k skill points in that one game.

Like i said, bout to finish our first season, were currently in second place in the west, trying to catch up to the number one seed spurs.

I tired of getting bumped after I make a off rebound and my shot missing with im like right under the goal. I have like 85 shot inside and I'm still missing that crap. I also got to do something about my def cause I'm tired of sg/sf slashing to the goal and getting around me and I can't recover in time.

Do you guys teammates ever hit 3 point shots? I was on the Nets and they played Anthony Morrow 5 min....0.0 and Farmer/Harris/Outlaw consistently bricked fade away 3 pointers.

So I left them for the Knicks, according to NBA stats they were making the most threes. Now CHandler/Feilds/Felton all brick shots but NBA is telling me they are shooting 40%+ which I KNOW isn't true.(They often go 1-4, 0-3. Never get hot...ever)

We also only take maybe 12 threes in a game when the real life Knicks take almost 23.

Is there anyway to fix this stuff?

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)

After playing too much ncaa11 and GT5 I decided I needed something new, so I picked up 2k11

Made a PF and got drafted by my hometown Cavs, unfortunately I didnt see any good team chemistry going, I was scoring 20pts off the bench but my teammates just seemed to not like me heh, they hardly ever passed me the ball unless they were forced to. They just seemed like they didnt want me to be there O.o so after the first 8 games (humiliating ones at that going 2-6) I ask for a trade, I picked the Lakers, Knicks, and Spurs as my 3. However, only the Heat were interested in me at the time.

Well what do you know I'm a Heat lol, looks like Cleveland is going to miss out on 2 superstars ;p It will be funny come Dec. 2 when we play the Cavs. In my first 2 games as a Heat so far I had 24pts 7reb 4ast in the first game and 34pts 8reb in the 2nd game. I can just smell championship lol

There's people here who are really good at pointing what you should look at for specific position.

                      I'm an All-Around C, I'm with the Pacers, playing 50-50 between C and PF.

Where should I put my XP points I get to be the most effective in the game (I got torched by Wallace and Muhamad of the Bobcats while I got a decent game against Speights and Brand of the Sixers) and make my 49 OV C not suffer that much of the low overall?

                      Thanks in advance.

I'm seeing the same thing. In the past 3 games my team is 2 for 27 from 3 point range. It's getting quite frustrating. We won a game last night but went 0-8 behind the arc. My guy had 32 points and 27 boards. (center)

^^^This is why the game needs sliders. The Knicks win games because they run the floor, Iso Amare and jack up threes.

Atleast when I'm on the court (32 min) nobody makes or takes threes. Big men jog up the court...

Iso Amare is still raw though C:

Does anyone have any teammates that are just money from beyond the arc. They tell me Felton shoots 66% but I would have guessed 16% and Gallo shoots 36% but I would guess 20%

you still have billboard #2 to look forward to...and that's pretty much it until 2k can add more endorsements

maybe you dont have enough cap room? i was on the bulls during my rookie season and they barely had $2M in cap room....no trade was ever initiated

second season with the heat, two of my trades actually went through...i've gotten chris andersen and carl landry...both players were individuals i wanted...i have yet to see my team sign anyone during the off-season though

congrats on the triple double...im sure there will be plenty more of them...

since skill points are so sparse....you have to selectively pick what you want to increase first

if you want offense....increase your medium range shooting, consistency, shoot off-dribble, and 3-pt

if you want defense....increase verticals, hustle, quickness, hands, on-ball defense, steal and speed

if you dont want your dribble to stop...get ball security and ball handling, and off hand dribbling up
