I boosted Consistency to 90 and will leave it there. I will boost Off awareness next because I sim games and want to boost OVR. I basically all important attributes to a goods level. My next attributes are 3pt and steal.
Even though I have Med maxed at 99, Shoot in traffic and off dribble maxed, Consistency at 90, I still miss easy shots in Medium range alot. I hate when I am forced to take Fadeaway shots.
I completely changed my game around. I use to run alot of pick and roll, then I start some frantic fast paced offense where I just sprint and try to cross people to get to the basket. Then In the beginning of the Playoffs I faced Boston and I had to change back to a pick and roll offense. But now I use a lot of Euro Step moves. They are unstoppable. The layups are crazy especially with a high layup rating.
i love doing a eurostep over a dunk any day of the week....looks so fluid when you side step the defender and lay it in

I really want to get to the NBA though before I have to go back to college. But the chances of that happening are unlikely.
pour some skill points in consistency and shoot off-dribble along with medium shot....try avoiding contested jumpshots...pumpfake to free up your man and create space with the jab step

i get around 168 or so turnovers per season...i think i was lucky i didnt start the first 30 games of my rookie season since it meant i had less ball handling responsibilities and i ended up with like 147 turnovers during my rookie year

If it matters I play both SF/PF.

Also, does anybody ever have games where you simply have to do all the work because your starters shoot like 5 for 20 and 4 for 18 and such?
        mid-range game, consistency, shoot off-dribble....

um yeah it's a problem with the game...try playing on all-star default but even so it's not really a huge fix to the shooting problem

i'm a 7'5 center, 280 lbs and its pretty hilarious

i played PG as my 1st mplayer so C is pretty different.

you gotta be happy not getting the ball initially.

set lots of screens, grab boards and block shots.

i'm 13 games in and I get most of my points from put backs after i grab the board. i get a few from the pick n roll when they pass me the ball

i get frustrated sometimes when i set a pick and the defender switches, then i have a pg guarding me like nate robinson. i post up and they finally throw me the ball except they throw me a low or bounce pass around my ankles and the pg steals it. i'm 7'5! throw it up high and let me post up lol

if you make a PF/C just remember to put in the work down low and you'll eventually get rewarded
              myplayer:
(1)5'10 PG, drafted 2nd round by the knicks. moved to the clippers in season 2
(2)7'5 C, drafted 26th in 1st round by Thunder. After winning the championship with the Thunder, I signed with the Chicago Bulls

It seems too easy with 7´5...I don´t want to be any higher than 7´1.So more suggestion over the position, height, weight and style

haha it is. i made him after playing vs the rockets and yao in my other myplayer. he dominated us, 30 pts, 15 boards and 7 blocks. i couldnt stop him, doubles trying to block him. nada

so i decided to have some fun and make a huge C

i just go with the mold of tim duncan...he's like 6'10 or 6'11...i hate the weight system in this game because the created characters look bulky as hell...i want a similar build to duncan or lankier like garnett but my created PF is always thicker in muscle mass...a bit annoying...

in terms of style i sort of want to be able to have an effective post up game with 3 point credibility ala bargnani or nowitzki...i forget which style has a higher stat cap for those specific areas of offense but check my blog in my arena to see the spreadsheet

If anybody has got far enough in their career, does it ask you if you want to retire?
