Wow those are great trades, not realistic at all but you get J.R. who is pretty young, and you get Dirk who can hit every shot he takes for two aging players and a backup PG that just complains and brings down chemistry.

I just won a championship, and we drafted a nice 62 overall that's 7 feet tall to replace Big Z (retired). Center is still a hugeeeeeeee need though.

I played like the first three games after winning the championship in season 2. If they ask you who you want on the team as a trade, ask for SF Lynn Matthews if you're a PG, he can get you assists when he takes 3's, I never tried with him close or mid.

Lynn Matthews? What team? I don't really need another SF off the bench (I have James Jones who is money), but it doesn't matter I'll take any help I can get with assists because 'The Big Three' are awful at helping me get them.

Just recently began a new MP with a 6"2 PG. Got incredibly lucky and landed on the TrailBlazers. Took the starting job from Miler after only 5 games.

Averaging 10.4ppg/6.7rpg/12.4apg. Played the last game vs CP3/Hornets with a twisted ankle....dropped 11/10/20.

I'm pretty sure he was on thunder with my game but he's a draftee so you might have to find him somewhere, I think he'll be a starter soon, just no on Heat with LeBron. Also, if you need assists what about Jason Terry? We got him for two scrubs and he's fun to be on the same team as.

You might not be able to get him but Danny Granger is an excellent 3 point shooter but not if your in a close game and need to score then he sucks. he's also good as a shot blocker

Just finished off Kobe and the Lakers 4-2 to win my second NBA Championship.

We didn't make any big roster moves in the offseason, but we did manage to snag an awsome 82 rated 6 ft 9 SF.

Played the first game of my thrid season just to see how the rook played. He was solid, put up 12 pts, but the Raptors were killing us so I had to go crazy scoring. Made a huge comeback and won by 10 in ot. Had 58 pts 5 reb 10 ast 4 stls and a blk.

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)

Finished my PF's season with the Clippers. It was a terrible season for the team and we lost a crapload of games. I did what I made my PF for and that was to grab an insane amount of rebounds. Whether in game or in real life, nothing's quite as gratifying as grabbing a good offensive board.

Anyway, went to the Heat in the offseason as I was tired of having no help on the Clippers. Naturally, My Player's crappy teammate AI has forced me to step up the finesse areas of my game, and right now I'm averaging about 40/20 with 4 blocks thrown in there. Still early in the season as I had taken a break from 2K11 for a bit.

Definitely gonna put my two cents in over at the Improvements to My Player thread, and I'd suggest for anyone who likes to play this mode to do the same. :P

So the center we drafted 30th overall is pretty bad, but luckily he's only on the rotation for 1 minute as a starter. I think I got a gem in the last pick though, this 7'1" 59 overall is a BEAST, he makes every contact shot he takes inside, kind of like Big Z. Still, there is probably not much of a chance of him starting, so I'm going to request trading for Jermaine O'Neal when they ask me who I want, because he is demanding a trade right now.

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)

I just got into this mode, as Im usually not a fan of "be a player" modes but I gotta say Im addicted. I made a 6'9" point forward, ALA Lebron and Magic. I think I screwed up and used my 10000 points on skill stats as opposed to physical ones..it just seems harder through 12 games, the combine, and summer ball to get enough points to increase speed. That being said, Ive had two double doubles (17pts and 15reb game, and 14pts and 12ast games) and usually end up with 13pts, 8rebs, and 5ast for the season. My speed is a 67, vert is 81 and my shooting skills are between 33 (3-point) and 65 close, medium, and inside. Any suggestions on where to spend my points, or what will make my player produce a little better? I was drafted 21st by OKC in the 1st round, Ive been getting alot of playing time at the point and Im currently the 6th man and averaging 20mins a game playing positions 1-4 at any given time.

I would put some on stamina and vertical and try to raise your medium shot, inside shot, and layup and from the just raise up what u feel like would help improve your game. Also to get more points you can just run down the court after the other team shoots and your teammates get the rebound it will be a easy two points and you also get alot of skill points doing that. I remember my point guar getting 2000 skill points just from individual performance. Once you get ur overall up to eighty it gets easier. Last game I had 50 points and 50 rebounds. I'm a 7'5 center and my overall is at 86

13 games into my third season and we're 11-2. So far I'm averaging 30.0 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 11.4 apg, 4.8 spg, and 1.2 bpg.

Greg Monroe, my computer generated rookie SF Monty Dudley and, sometimes, Rodney Stuckey are really helping me out in the scoring department.

That'd be an awesome idea, I was thinking that a few months or so ago. It'd probably take a ton of money to pull it off though, with the FIBA's licensing, plus the Euroleague's (for their players) and maybe even Olympics.
