i think u have to start the game then sim to end, i did it once and didnt get any skill points...

im having a ton of fun in this mode as my SG on the bucks. I lucked into starting role cuz of injuries even tho i was a 2nd round pick.

We were struggling but then managed to go on a mini run of like 5 out of 6. Im in a beastly portion of my schedule right now, I think I took out the rockets at home (best record in my game) then had to go play the spurs, nuggets, blazers, lakers and kings on the road.

The blazers game came up as a key game and I didnt have much trouble with Roy and we won.

Then the next game was against the lakers and it came up as another key game. This game was awesome, I couldnt stop kobe at all and he put up 41 points on me. I was shooting the lights out tho and put up 38 myself, it was an awesome battle but we lost in the end. The cool thing was I scored my 500th point during this game and i got the x2 bonus for that so i ended up getting 4k points alone from that game.

Then the next game was a letdown game against the kings where we just sucked. Im playin just on pro/default and 8 minute hum and sim. I put up a lot of points with my guy but whatever, im just playing this mode for fun and the achievements =P

edit: actually i messed up the schedule a little bit its way harder than I thought im posting a picture of it. Its really hard because ATL has the best record in the East along with boston and Dallas and Houston are also lighting it up in my season

Did anybody ever find out what height does in my player, The advisor talks about it, But it never really tell you anything about it

I mean, it was said that your height decides something pertaining to points, but nobody ever clarifies what this means... I've been asking this since the last year My Player and still nobody has been able to give me an answer...

ie. A 6'10 Center gets more points than a 7'2 Center

He says something like that during the beginning player creation area of My Player

i dunno if it just gives u less points to start with or makes you earn less points over time but thats what im guessing it does

if you earned 2000 as a 6'9 C, then you'd earn 1800 as a 7' C, that's what they are getting at.

Anyone wonder why you can change teams at the end of each season, without a contract or effecting the salary cap in any way?

So they can add in contracts and such next year and call it a "new feature".

I'm not really sure about this either, he may be referring to three possible situations. One is the amount of skill points you get for individual performance at the end of a game (e.g. the 6'10" center would get a bit more points than the 7'2" center, since he's at a disadvantage). It could also mean that it costs more to upgrade the skills that depend on a player's physical stature (e.g. speed, quickness, strength, stamina etc...). A smaller center would be able to upgrade their speed, quickness etc... easier than a taller/larger center. It might also have some similar implications on the caps for each skill.

In my My Player with OKC... Just traded Jeff Green for Ben Gordon and Ben Wallace, I haven't played Center since then...

So I'm kinda happy, I really haven't gotten alot of minutes at PF that I would have expected, but since I'm 18 mins in, I'm getting my minutes... I don't think I'll ever get into the starting line up tho... Kevin Durant is too freakin good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless the game is broken, I should not steal his position from him. He is first in scoring and 3rd to 5th in rebounding this season (a little fluctuation)... He's really nasty in game too, throws down windmill dunks all the time...

I have ADD so badly tho, I want to start yet another My Player, I want to be a SG now LoL... I really want to make a long shot player, and I quit too fast on my 6'4 SF (Now playing with my 6'8 SF) but I just unlocked the Wes Johnson dunk package, and it looks sick (haven't tested it in game yet

I don't think I can play this anymore if they don't fix the charge calls. It's absolutely ridiculous, 3/4 times a game I will try to do a spin gather and a defender will run/suction right into me and fall down. Every single time they call it a charge, regardless of the fact that his feet are clearly moving.

Not only does it take away half a bar of teammate rating for the charge, it takes another half of a bar for a turnover.

That is really so annoying, I have completely stopped using the move because of this problem... It sucks when I'm real deep too, and I use it just so a Center won't block my shot, and they call a charge, when the Centers way deep, or somebody comes outta nowhere and gets the call

Do you know the height scale though????

I'm wondering what is really considered an disadvantage... Cause I'd want the points, But not go too crazy for them, that I'd make my guy at a huge disadvantage
