J.P Outlaw. 6'4 pg 200 lbs ovr-57. I got drafted by the heat 2nd round pick 3 or 4. Any played 27 games with em, i had more ppg then miller and more minutes but qt 27 games i still didnt get the nod so i requested a trade twice, second time i got sent off to the kings O_o. Mind u my ppg were only 10 on 5 min quarters. I started my first game with kings and posted 29 points lol. Last game i played at atlanta i put up 56 points. Now i know this seems unrealistic but y team is pretty bad lol, besides evans so im usually carrying team. But ive gotten kings to a winning record when they were 14-21. When i get off work i guess ill up the dificulty even tho i love the stats lol!
Oh and since ive been on kings ive had it on 8 min quarters

Well I just had my career high vs OKC.....put up 57. Kobe struggled big time.
I thought I played decent on D....but Durant was lights out and put up 44 despite me getting a hand in his face most of the time.
One other thing.........WHY CAN'T I GET ANY ASSISTS!!! I'll hit somebody wide open for an easy lay-up/dunk and they'll miss it or pass it to somebody with 3 guys on him.

Anyway....the LA Lakers have upped their record to 53-7...and I was just named player of the month for February...my first time!

nice game, what difficulty r u on? And about assists, i feel ya man ive had 1 game with more than 10 assist. I think i read on here somewhere that ur pass stat helps with getting assists, dunno if its proven or not but you could try

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)

Just started Myplayer last week with an athletic 6'6" SF. I didn't think I did too well during the combine because of low scoring and rebounding stats, however my teammate rating was always A/A+. I ended up getting drafted in round 1, 18th pick to the spurs.

I kept my teammate rating at about A- during the summer league and first 12 games and average about 7 pts, 6 rebounds, 3 assists with 8 min quarters. Then the spurs made me a starter in place of Rich Jefferson. Now I'm playing about 33 mins per game and my stats have increased slightly. My best game was a 16 point/9 rebound/4 assist/3 steal/1 block game.

I like my team, we're 12-3 with only the Lakers ahead of us in our conference. I have a 53 overall rating and got a Jordan brand endorsement. The other rookies are killing me on most of the stats, but my overall ranking in my class is about 9. Here's to hoping I get to start the rookie game.

                2 quick questions:
                1. I've never played a practice/scrimmage game. Does it affect anything if you play in one of these?
                2. How do you get more team chemistry? My team is currently at 56%.
                3. Any other tips?

Practice is just for practicing, and i dunno if scrimmage gives u anything or not, i know pick up games give you a few points. And u actually did pretty well in the draft lol i was drafted 2nd round on my first player which is the one i use now, as for tips, the way ive been doing it is focusing on a couple stats to max out first, like mid range shot and shot off dribble, which for my pg are maxed at 99 and 95 i think, anyway basically as soon as my defender is a step away from me when im dribbling i pull up the shot and its usually automatic. But you can try maxing layup too, but its alot harder to get a layup on 2k11

Does anyone know how often you're supposed to have post-game interviews? I had one after every game for a short while, but the past few games I haven't had any. Is that whats supposed to happen?

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)

I had to have played one of the most exciting games I've had in any video game last night. I play for the Bucks and we had a key game at Chicago. We were coming off a rough 4 game stretch losing 3 out of 4 and dropping to .500 again. I really took for granted Bogut's inside presense since he has been out with a abdominal strain because my team cannot rebound or defend the paint. The game against Chicago was back and forth, and me being injured made it tough. We looked out of it in the 1st half going down by 13 and were playing sloppy. In the 2nd half we made a late run and took a 7 point lead with 4 mins to go, and then got sloppy again and Chicago tied it up on Roses's last second shot. After nemerous lead changes in overtime Chicago turned the ball over with 5 seconds to go and I streaked up court to get the last second shot to win the game. I managed 41 pts 6 rebs and 4 assists as well as a suprising 5 blocks. I have to give credit to NBA 2k11 for making an evenly matched game. Having a lot of fun I'm this mode.

They will come back, not sure why but they have stopped for a few games for me as well as a few others.

I'm just wondering. I've been drafted by the Atlanta Hawks. I'm a SG and in the combine, I've been playing ok basketball.

I've played 3 quarters in the first Summer Circuit with the Hawks and to my surprise, most of my minutes have been played as PF and SF.

Is that normal? I'm not a basketball addict, I was starting to have an idea of where I should be on the court, what I should do, etc. Now, playing different positions, I'm a bit confused of the way I should set up.

Will I have to play 2-3 different positions every game like that?

I'm a SG with the Bucks and in the beginning I would rotate around the court as a PG/SG/SF because I was coming off the bench as the 6th man. As the season went on and I began to take control of the team as a starter I have only played as a SG and maybe a few mins here and there as a SF.

Whichever is one notch above default.....
It was only the second game I've had that I've really had to take over. I put up 50 against Boston earlier because Kobe and Pau struggled. Paul Pierce put up 35 on me though. I'm averaging 19.8 ppg, 6.9 rpg and 4.8 apg....

I'll keep upping my pass. I think it's in the mid 50's right now.

My dunk is 90, mid range is 90, 3's are at 74. I've completely neglected my defensive skills thus far.
