I ended up biting the bullet and getting it on EBay for $120. I tried to get it from the guy that was selling it for $80, but I entered in all my info and by the time I hit "confirm" he was sold out. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I will have the game tomorrow and my wife is having a girls night so I couldn't be more excited. I might even take a half day because I'm starting to feel a little "sick."

Na I think buddy is dry right now. I'm sure he probably gonna try again tomorrow unless he got some pre orders to hold on to for da locals ya dig. But he's been silent since that second re-up.

I shouldn't do this as it may not work, but in case anyone wants to take a chance. Newegg has the PC & PS3 versions listed as "In Stock".

I talked to someone over their live chat and they cannot guarantee any orders will ship today or tomorrow overnight as it could need 24-48 hours to process. She did say that indeed the PC version was In Stock, so I assume the PS3 version may be as well. She said fed Ex would deliver on Saturday, UPS will not.

I went ahead and went with this. Everyone that wants it early really should look into this if you are not trying to pay 120 bucks and not knowing if the dude on ebay will put anymore up. Plus it is like 82 bucks. 2 dollars more for next day delivery but its not a guarantee that they will ship today because they have to process your order. But if all you info is correct they should ship either today or tomorrow and you will be playing either friday or Saturday

Well I have a buddy that works there and he told me there expecting there shipment tomorrow...so my fingers are crossed that after work tomorrow I'll be playing 2k11

I did look into this. They told me that even with overnight it wouldn't be here until Monday. If that is the case I can wait one more day to save 20 bucks.

Edit: I just double checked and read their Terms and Conditions. The said per their contract with shippers that there are no weekend deliveries. And basically, unless you ordered before 12 PM PST and selected Rush Shipping, you would have to wait 24-48 hours for processing.

Yea i did more digging and in a online chat they told me they dont ship on fridays so if its not shipped today because of inventory so i canceled my order. Back to square one now. I still have one last chance of getting it early and i hope it falls through tommorow
