Man, This is pissing me off. Why is it so hard to get the PC copy in Canada?! It seems down in the states that they have the PC version in all their Gamestop locations...

BTW prob going to get it off steam when it releases (hopefully soon). Does anyone know any other websites like steam that will have 2k11?

I'm not buying anything online (I just don't) so I'll have to wait for God knows when...

Just talked to Best Buy, and of course they don't have it and have no idea when it will arrive.

I was as skeptical as you were last year when I contemplating on purchasing NBA 2K10 for the PC over steam since it was my first time hearing about steam. But I can tell you that it's safe and legit, the only thing that concerns me is that you have to download it, and if you don't have a good internet connection it might take a few hours.

I always want to purchase the hardcopy, but unfortunately for some unknown reason it's hard to get a hardcopy of the game in Canada. So Digital is my 2nd option if I'm really desperate for the game which I am becoming after calling 20 million stores around my neighborhood! IT's ridiculous, I wish that 2K SPORTS website will add a feature that lets you purchase the game directly off their website so that you can have a digital version just like EA SPORTS has their Online Store for PC owners

Thanks for the info, but I just don't shop online. I guess I'm being punished for that, and will have to wait for the game.

I just called Gamestop's customer service at some 1-877 number (waited almost 10 minutes on the line, so I hope it's toll-free). The guy checked and told me he doesn't see it at the Canadian website but he can see it at the American website (duh!). He had no idea if and when it will arrive.

How is it possible that 2K didn't ship to toronto yet! I called around and those places said they haven't received shipments yet!

As I said, there's is no competition for the PC. If EA had a released PC version, you'd see the game in store at midnight.

Are you serious? I went to a local Gamestop here yesterday and saw a pile of 2K11's for the PS3. I'm assuming they have the 360 as well.

But something weird: The guy at the Gamestop customer service told me stores have issues with the console version because of backorders or something like that, I'm not sure, since I was more concerened with the PC version.

You might want to call 1-877 442-6303 and aske them.

Really majingir? I just got my copy here in Brampton from EB Games and my cousin said he got a copy close to his place at Yonge/Eglinton. When I got mine there was actually a decent lineup so it seems people are in the know about 2K. Regardless, you shouldn't be having such a hard time finding it in T Dot for the 360 or PS3.

So I called 8 Gamestops/EB games in my neighborhood (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) and none of them have the PC version...

I also tried Future Shop and Best Buy and no luck! Hopefully it'll come out on STEAM soon cause I guess that's the only way I can get to play the game in Canada...

ive been told the hard copy pc version has been pushed back a week the same as last year which might explain why most cant find it in stores. i preordered mine and one of my best friends of 10 years works at a store called play n trade here in charlotte n.c. he did a midnight release and all versions were there except the pc copy. i hope others have better luck in other parts of the us and canada getting the hard copy version but i doubt it. NEXT WEEK THEN

GOT MY COPY!

After 8 EB Game stores, 6 Best Buys, 5 Future Shops, 4 Walmarts, I finally got my NBA 2K11 PC Copy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone in Canada, specifically in the Toronto area, go check your WalMarts! I had to call 4 Walmarts and the last one before I gave up had 3 copies! SO GO TO WAL MART FOR YOUR HARDCOPY NOW!

The guy from Gamestop just called me...WTF?! He told me the company decided NOT to carry the PC version, and I can come to cancel my pre-order. I don't believe it!

I'll call Walmart and see what's going on there...
