Man, not to be a party pooper or anything like that but I live in RI and every year I call every store you can think of in MA and RI and I never have any luck... Last year I got the game about five days early and I drove to NYC to pick it up. I am already planning on going to NYC Friday night or Saturday to pick up the game early if someone has it.

FYI, I will have a ps3 copy of the game tomorrow and am planning to sell it on Wednesday Night (I have a 360 version coming Thursday). I will send out the game on Thursday so the winner should have the game Friday night. Since we arent allowed to sell games through OS, I will post a link to the Ebay auction here once its on sale.

Was wondering about this myself..I think I did the exact same thing you did! I honestly have no real interest in keeping my PS3 copy once my 360 copy is here. But isn't posting a link to the listing the same thing though? Or is that OK because the "sale" takes place outside of OS? Just wanna get some clarification.
