Just got home from class only to find that the mailman had come and left without delivering my game. After dropping a number of F'bombs I said "screw it. I'm gonna find this dude no matter what." I hopped in my car and drove around the neighborhood. Over the hill I saw the most beautiful site I've ever seen. Yep it was a mail truck. I waved the guy down and yelled "Do you deliver to Warwick Fairways condos?" he said yep and I said "you have a package for me" He pulled it out and handed over right there on the spot.

Now this is how I feel...

I've def done that before lol. After all the mom and pop stores laid an egg I'm wish I took the ebay route now

I alos competely disagree with you about this area not being good for beatinf street dates. Ive gotten the last 3 NBA 2ks, Madden, NCAAs, UFC 09 and GTA all at mom and pops and all before the street date.

Found a spot in Detroit area that'll get it for ps3 monday.. not much, but 1 day could mean a lot. PM if you need details...

Still looking for an early 360 copy in Detroit.

There are basically no mom and pop stores around my area in NC...only one close to it is Players Choice and its only a couple of those within a hour of me.

I've reserved myself to the fact that i'm not gonna get it early, I never have any luck with these types of things, I was going to go into the city today and take the hour drive if it was going to be there, but now all the NYC heads are saying nothings around. I had the trip planned out and everything, smh. Midnight release at Gamestop it is, even though I'd love to give my money to these mom and pops if they had the game.

Anybody tried Sears? i've gotten a couple of games early from them in the past...they seem to just put their games out when they get them. Might be worth a shot for people in Chicagoland

Looks like 2K made sure NYC heads aren't gonna get it early through local gaming stores. I got nothing *sighs* well I'm waiting on my friend to stop by and me and him are gonna reserve a copy @ gamestop. I was looking foward to playing this all weekend
