So it's only on xbox that we get random songs? Man this sucks, there's no way I'm getting this for my xbox. The only reAson I still even have an xbox is because of the hundreds of dollas I've dropped into rock band songs. Dammit, does anybody know if on xbox the tipoff songs are longer?

Guys...this thread is not helping the situation. Our post are all over the place. Devs won't be able to isolate the problem. So please state what system you have. i can't tell if its 360 or PS3. fatleg3 is using a PS3. Ruben is using a 360.

well i guess its just with streaming i put my music on cd ...just seems like to much when streaming but hopefully they fix it ...an im on the 360

MEMPHIS GRIZZLIE screenshot on the first page shows a xbox 360 interface. Notice the "BACK" button on the bottom.

The setup for each appears the same. The execution however. lol

Jeebs, I dont even have the game yet. I'm just contemplating listening to other peoples complaints and Not doing ANYMORE custom music work, or continue to push on. I just need valid confirmation. I'm so hyped up regardless that I dont want to do any of this custom music crap when the game releases. I wanna input the playlists and just call it a day. Trouble shooting is no fun

ExtremeGaner seemed to somewhat provide that in saying the HOME UP AWAY UP works and is random, but with AWAY playing during HOME UP, it makes things very very very very very messy.

CAVS Defence song file which shouldve been a AWAY UP track, now needs a playlist creation for CHANT DFENSE, that now mixs in with the GENERIC chant Defense.

Its ugly and I dont like it one bit

Yea the best thing i can say is wait until you get the game to try it out.

I dont know if its something im doing wrong but i dont see how i could be doing anything wrong. I keep double checking. I have multiple sounds in each playlist so thats not the problem.

What i would recommend is holding off doing anything else with this until you can get the game then when you get it put the playlist you have already made in then try it out. If it works for you go ahead and finish but if its not then you have not wasted anymore of your time on it

I'll get all these reverbed and cut down to about 70-80 seconds, for use in a LONG situation. I think the main project file set has a few of them. But this could be a stand able download for those that want just those files.

Yeah, I had to put all defense chants in the Defense Chant playlists. The only issue is, they seem to always play instead of Away up now. Every now and then I get an away up song to play.

Home up (now that chants are removed) and Long have no issues.

Just jumpin in here. from last year (2k10) all i did to make sure my tracks played randomly is set it from the xbox guide guide button (middle xbox button) when u play your music, that straight two arrow icon is for random and the squiggly line meant they would play in the same order. I dont know why it would be any different this year for the Box. PS3 would be the only concern since this is new for them...I have a PS3 too but im not gettin it on that system.

Yea defense chants always plays for me also instead of away up.

What did you do to get home up and long to work?

Just used the playlists from the download. I'm streaming them using TVersity so had to change all the playlists to .m3u but other than that, nothing.

still no one has answered if the custom music mixes with the already in-game sounds. anyone?!
