Question : If i change the controller towards the CPU and adjust their preferred matchups, do they stick with it when i change it back to my team ??? Definitely worked with coach philosophy last year, didn´t try matchups.

      Any thoughts on this Czar?

Sorry I missed this one TeeDogg. I don't believe the execution for this has changed this year.

I don't think so. I had to put the other team in coach mode to test it out and have them keep those settings. But maybe I missed something.

As far as the Off Ball Defensive settings (glad they changed this by the way), what is the difference gameplay-wise between guarding someone tight off-ball and denying them the ball?

as far as spacing tight and deny will both have them stay at the same approximate distance when playing off ball.

Deny however will force him to not leave him even if your about to give up a layup. and He will depending on his ratings deny him the ball with the actual deny animation which can get you beat back door if your not careful.

Tight they will still help albeit probably more late than early.

Love how Czar breaks this down, there seems to be alot more strategy involved in NBA2K11 this year. This thread deserves a stick post.
