Superstar level and above this happens frequently..

You can also notice it during simmed games also. I don't know why it's like this but I think it might factor into the ridiculously stupid home court advantage though.

To the OP, I've noticed the same thing, I play HOF and clutch factor off and the slider down to 0. I really think it's something within the game that 2k needs to check out cause it's crazy. It happens every game, In fact I was playing the thunder against the celtics. I was up 54-37 at half. They proceeded in the 3rd quarter to go on a crazy run and come back and tie it up. Total BS, I couldn't make a shot.

I always seem to do good in the 3rd quarter, but I lose in the last 6 minutes of the 4th.

It's apparent on All Star as well. Score is usually close at halftime, then the CPU pulls off an incredible run.

I play on PRO. Most realistic results, just got tp level off your offense some. Go down to 45, but no lower one inside, close, med, but keep 3pt at 50 or slightly higher. Use globally for the CPU as well.

DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text): I use the hornets and after playing a couple of games I simulate to the next game and when I got into the game I checked out my roster my rookie Pondexter was gone. He is not on my team nor other teams nor free agency anymore. I tried looking at rookies report and his name is nowhere to be found as well.

SITUATION:Late in game, team with ball down by 6.
CUSTOMIZATION:None
DETAILS:Watching games play out CPU v CPU. Have seen this three times in the last three close games. Late in the game the team that is down (down by 6 or less) acts as if they're the team that's leading when they have the ball. They pass the ball around, playing keep away, running out the clock. Generally they don't take a shot until the clock is about to expire. It's expected that they'd be trying to shoot quickly.

On D they don't try to intentionally foul.

Game Mode: Association
Situation: Beginning of game in association
Customization: Brought Classic Teams into Association
Details:

Second time this happened to me now. When I start Year 5 of my Association I cant play a game. Every thing seems fine in the begining, you get the splash screen of the starters and the team logos but then when it should transition into one of the pregame cut scenes the screen just stays black.
I reloaded a saved file from the previous season in my second association. It again played fine in season 4 and once season 5 started it had the same problem.

This has happened in two different associations now and its frustrating. I pick a bad team and rebuild them and just when I am making them into a contender this happens. I guess no more Association for me until when/if this is patched.

Does anyone know if this is being looked into by the development team?

Update: I went back to the original roster that came with the game. Started an Association with the normal teams, no historical teams. Simmed to season 5 and I am able to play games.

Early in a game they called a blocking foul on somebody when I had Paul Pierce go in for a contact layup...but for some reason they gave THEM the foul shots. Made no sense lol

Loads of times now I have noticed playing the 5th Jordan Challenge and having gone to 7 games against the Lakers, a foul will be called and even though the team fouls is only up to 3 they will still get free throws.

Also when you check the staus of the challenge it says "Pistons" instead of "Lakers" in the tally.

And one more, before when I was playing game 7 at home with the Bulls, the crowd was chanting "defense" even though I had the ball!

SITUATION : When an injury occurs
CUSTOMIZATION : I was using the Dynasty roster and sliders. But it occurred with 2K's roster also.
DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text): Sometimes when a player gets fouled he shoots the first free throw, and is subbed out while the other player shoots the second. Then, when I go to the substitution screen, that player is injured.

DETAILS Player models (Face) are distorted / crushed upon import/export.
faces look crushed in Roster Manager and on the court. HOWEVER! Faces look correct if the player is on the BENCH.
