SITUATION: game freezes while trying to play pick up game

DETAILS:

For about a 2 weeks no, i'm not able to play any myplayer pick up games. When I try to search for a match, my screen says 'searching for available matches' then my whole xbox freezes once the screen says 'joining game'.

Does anybody have any solutions to try and fix this?

Im new to this board, if this has been fixed, let me know how. I have beat this challenge 2x already. Both series went 4-3 in my favor. Kept track of my stats in real time thru the last game to ensure I was over the threshhold for each stat line.. and I was. However, after the game is over , it does not show any new challenges completed. This is making me nuts, coz its a lot of time invested, and the cpu is a b*h in a 7 game series learning your tendencies. Platform: PS3 no overtimes. nothing special. just a 4-3 win & at leat 31 ppg, 11 apg & over 55% fg%

SITUATION Just finished sweeping the Lakers in the 1991 finals
DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text): Finished with these stats:
Avg Points: 53
Avg Shooting percentage: 60%
Avg Assists: 11
Swept the series

When I went back to the Jordan challenge screen it does not show as complete...I meet all the requirements so I am not sure what the issue is!

I can't even download patch 1.3 without my game freezing. It doesn't even tell me to "press start". I would LOVE some help.

SITUATION: Stats/Standings
CUSTOMIZATION: CAP in Association

After playing the 13th game of my Association. I noticed my record was showing 1-0 and I lost the top Power Ranking spot to the Pacers. The Pacers record is 9-4. The entire list was turned upside down as most of the Elite Teams now have only 1 or 2 games showing as played. While others show 12 to 13 games played. Naturally the teams that have more wins are now in the lead in the Standings and Power Rankings.

Some of my player stats are showing in the Rankings and Team Stats correctly but others are calculating as only played 1 game. The stats however, still can be brought up by going through the Box Scores of played games. The numbers are still there but the totals are not showing correctly.

Plain and simple. Im on like my 20th game in my Detroit Pistons Association and it ALWAYS FREAKIN CRASHES at the halftime report. Fix it PLEASE.

Three glitches: The first glitch i encountered was my saved player autosaving and inexplicably overwriting my brother's completely unrelated my player save. I've never turned autosave off until after that point, so there is not chance of human error. Ridiculous.

Second glitch: I started a new player, played through the draft and summer league and entered the NBA to find that the first three endorsements (welcome letter, billboard, sports illustrated) had been obtained before even playing an NBA game. On the sports illustrated cover, my new player was wearing a Grizzlies uniform, which was my previous player's team, which leads me to think the game has inexplicably messed up the games saves completely and is retaining data from a previous saved game? I did not overwrite the old game save or anything like that. After deleting all saves, and creating a new player, the same thing has happened.

Third: On the same saves i just mentioned, game box scores accesed from the menu when not in a game, are completely messed up, with players from other teams being included in the box score (e.g. I'm playing for the Blazers, look at a previously played game's box score via the Team's monthly schedule - apparently i didn't play and Cole Aldrich did. WTF) None of my box scores/game stats are recorded other than season average, which is correct.

No patch is on the way - So I am left with a NBA 2k game i finally thought was perfect and what i'd been waiting for, which is infact riddled with terrible bugs that completley ruin my gaming experience. But hey, 2K have already got my money with they're sub par product, so why should the consider helping any further eh?

Problem: My xbox powers off with 2 red rings only when i play this game, and at very random times. I don't know why. Is this a problem with the game or my xbox? I tend to think it is the game since this never happens with any other game, but i had played 2k11 for months (since xmas) before this happened for the 1st time a few days ago, then played more, and it it happened again today.

Problem: Freezes

I'm up to the Feb. 9 game in my season, Celtics Lakers. The game freezes after the end of the first quarter. Every time. I've tried not subbing at the end of the quarter like I usually do. I've tried changing uniforms. I've tried not touching ANYTHING and hoping the quarter will change. But no. It always happens at the same point too. Right when Harlan says "We'll be right back" and it should go to a commercial previewing an upcoming game. Instead it goes black. You can still hear the crowd, but the game never comes back on.
I'm way too far into my season to start over, can anyone help me?

Just finished playing a game in association mode. Played 3 quarters, and then decided to let the cpu sim the 4th and final quarter. The CPU did not sim the 4th quarter. 0 points were registered for the 4th quarter for both teams!?! No stats were simmed for this quarter. lol.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

Dont know if this has happened to all people, but in my player, i got drafted 1st round 8th pick by the clippers, who were supposed to take Al farouq aminu in the real draft, fortunately, he is also on the clippers in where the player card of me and aminu have the same drafted position

DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text): Following a score Jeff Green took the ball and tossed it to Westbrook (I think) who was standing out of bounds waiting to throw it in. When the ball was recieved it was declared out of bounds and a turnover.

DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text): A Josh Smith windmill dunk was performed. The ball went through the net. The points didn't count,the ball was picked up by an opposing player and moved down court.

I've been having this same problem. It only occurs during My Player and the Create a Legend modes. Its annoying because I like watching how great I am after every single game haha. If anyone knows why this issue occurs, kindly hit me up. I have a PS3 and this used to happen when i had 2k10 for 360. It's annoying as hell.

Sorry if these have been said b4 but i rather not read all the post on here!!

1.in my player mode all i have to do is tip a rebound in an offensive rebound attempt and i still get an offensive reboud regardless if i get the ball or not i just have to tip it
2.in my player mode when i get an sprained ankle am only affected on offense....i move gingerly on offense when not holding down the agressor button...but on defense i moved about just fine
