SITUATION: Trading
CUSTOMIZATION: 82 game Association, all control set to user. (Rockets)
DETAIL: Started association all my players had decent trade values (stars), made some trades. Now further along in the season, all my players have 1 star trade values, and I can't trade with anyone due to the AI thinking that my players are worthless, including my best players such as Yao, Brooks and Martin.

SITUATION: Trading and FA signing
CUSTOMIZATION: 82/29 game Association.
DETAIL: Year 1 there are a lot of trades and FA signings. Year 2 generally about 3 trades, no FA signings. Year 3 and further into an association there are no FA signings, and trades are 1-3 per season. Simmed to 2016/2017 on both PC and PS3, high rated FA's (on both systems 10 FA's over 80 overall, some were under 30 years old) sat in the pool the whole season. It has been discovered that draft classes have too many high rated players and thus they fill team needs in later seasons - no reason to trade or sign FA's. Editing a draft class to remove players rated (overall) 70's and above results in lots of trades and FA signings in later years. Trading and signing FA's doesn't seem to be the problem. The problem seems to be the generated draft classes. Toning them down alleviates this issue, but it's not known how much toning down is needed. If a patch could tone down draft classes (fewer mid 70's and higher draftees) it would fix the issue in the game.

Situation: Play Calling (2-3 minutes into the game)
Customization: Play Calling set to Auto w/ Play Call messages on.
Detail: Play call swipe comes up but doesn't show anything in the play call box. I.e. where it usually says what play is being run when play call messages are ON, the swipe will come up but won't show the play that is being called.

DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text):Most playoff series go 5 -7 games, there are few sweeps, and home team blows out the opponent by 30+ most games. Even a 1 seed vs an 8 seed the 1 seed wins game one and two each by 30+, then the 8 seed wins at home by 30+. It seems the home court advantage, particularly in playoff games that are simmed, is too prevalent.

DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text):Superstar players get into a lot of foul trouble on the road. For example in 12 simmed seasons/playoffs (simming up to 2015-2016 twice) LeBron always averaged fewer minutes per game and points per game in the playoffs than during the regular season. Checking the box scores, he often fouled out or had 5 fouls, along with limited minutes (likely resulting from foul trouble). This seems related to the issue that home court advantage is too prevalent/powerful in simmed playoff games.

CUSTOMIZATION: 3rd year
DETAILS: Signed 4 rookies. Had 17 players on roster. Went through training camp. Told me I couldn't move onto preseason until I traded or waived players off my roster. Attempted to waive a few players. Told me I could only have the maximum of 15 players and wouldn't let me waive any players. No trade option available either at this point of the offseason.

DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text): This started at the beginning game (bulls vs lakers) No commentary, no dialogue.. The only dialogue I get is the PA announcer. The crowd audio is choppy when the commentary is anything but on (1-100).
The game thinks there is commentary so the crowd gets quieter when there is supposed to be commentating and goes back to normal when there is no commentating.
I have played all modes and nothing brings the commentating on. I've deleted all data, reset the PS3 and started up again. But nothing works.

Also, I saved and exited from my player, then i tried to go back in and it freezes every time.
It is glitchy when playing any mode.

SITUATION:Trades/Contracts

CUSTOMIZATION:No

DETAILS: After the first few days everyones trade stars go down to one or one and a half. This includes Mayo, Oden, Igoudala, Beasley and Nate Robinson. On the others teams everything fine though.
Next thing is with contract resigning. Oden wanted to resign in the season so i offered him a contract and all he requested was around 600k a year for a contract going for 7 years.

CUSTOMIZATION: i edited a few players' heights and weights and also added a headband to some players using Simulation All-star and also created Da'Sean Butler and cut Shavlik Randolph
DETAILS: (58 game season) after i schedule a practice everyone on my team's trade value is 1 star except John Wall who remained at 5

Detail: Graphics start flickering, turn colors. At first, I thought it was a "flashbulb" effect or something brought into the game, but then the colors started changing on the screen. Happened more than once.

Situation: During Game
Customization: Using playlists for various arena-specific music
Detail: Major problems here. First, the game will only play the first song in a playlist, never any others. Second, the situation-specific desginations are screwed up (especially when using the "all arena" list). An example is the song selected to play for defense, instead comes up for offense. Another example is timeout music is played at tipoff. The whole arena music needs to be checked out and patched. I mean I want The Addams Family Theme to cue in on offense, not defense!!... And I can't listen to the same song on every timeout! These mistakes happen every time.

Detail: We are playing each other, he had the bulls, i with the kings. With 2 mins remaining in the game, hassan whiteside is "subbed" out for jason thompson. well low and behold, hassan whiteside is till standing by the three point line on our goal. this quickly reminded me of elite with andrew bynum's "jesus stance".

CUSTOMIZATION (Were you using specific sliders/roster edits): Straight out of the box.
DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text): I'm playing the Hawks with the Wizards, I earn a trophy, and all of a sudden the screen starts to flash, like the power's going out in the arena, and the players turn into fluorescent colors. Fixed after 4th quarter when game went into OT. Did not affect gameplay, just aesthetics.

DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text):I went 5 games into an Association and then I go to trade finder only to find all of my players trade value is at 1 star, so I can't make good trades anymore as all of my players are way undervalued. I checked other teams within the association and they all still had their trade value, I even simulated a few days forward and it didn't fix itself.

DETAILS (Please be as detailed as possible in text): Playing in the Summer Circuit when I get subbed out I am unable to press Y to sim. I have to wait for the quarter to end in order to get back in the game. This has happened for games 2 & 3. Not sure if this matters but I am an Athletic SF playing for the Grizzlies.
