Yeah. It's beginning to bug me how quiet retailers about the PC version. I have also been asking our Local Gaming Stores here in Philippines and they don't know when will the PC version arrive.

Come on, 2K. Enlighten us, PC gamers.

WTF are people worried about? I want the game to be on Steam, if it's not then I will drive out on 10/5 and pick it up at Best Buy or Walmart.

People love 2K in asia man, I have lots of friends in Taiwan who buy the 2K games on every year. I think 2K8 even had an asian tournament with the finale in Hong Kong or something.

And it usually comes early for the 360 version but the pc version is rare, seems so few copies are sent in stores and they are out of stock fast.

I'm glad we have services like Steam and D2D on pc so I hope they'll update their website tomorrow. (I'm leaning towards Steam though cause even if the game pops on D2D it's possible that the game gets the "US only restriction".)

I think people just want to know whether or not it's going to be available on steam. I know I can just walk into bestbuy on release day and pick it up on PC, but it I can save myself the trip (and time) and just get it on steam that's definitely preferred for me.

That and we don't have a walmart or best buy here so it's not an option for some of us.

The game is not even listed on amazon (JP or UK)

I got 2K10 on amazon UK but it's not listed there this year and I'm not even in europe anymore so if it's not on steam I guess I'll order the ps3 version...

Please read my post again before trying to be a smart-***.

I'm from the Philippines. Amazon, Newegg and the likes aren't option for us here because either they don't ship items here or they charge so high (almost double the game's actual price) for the shipment cost.

So the best option for me is either hope for our local stores (No Gamestop here but we have this store called DataBlitz) to have the games for sale as early as October 5 (US Time) or go purchase a digital copy from Steam, D2D, etc.

I'm a die-hard 2K gamer and I want to play the game as soon as possible.

it'll be released on steam...just think of how fast the patch showed up on steam to get an idea when its coming out

I remember it not being on Steam last year. I got desperate and went with Gamersgate. I won't do that again.

I would like to be playing the game after midnight though, and without any sign of a download and stores having no idea...I'm going to have to wait.

I just got back from Walmart. I asked the guy if they had NBA 2K11 or if they were going to have it. He looked at me dumb, went to the computer, then stood there like he didn't know what to do. I told him for PC and he said with PC games they often get them a few days later. I told him many stores have had the game for like a week and just couldn't release it until the 5th. He said he'd have to go look in the warehouse. Then he started wondering off all reluctantly. I wasn't even sure if that's what he was going to do, but I figure he just wondered off and then would tell me some made up story on how he couldn't check, so I just left.

As a late nighter, I just want to play it. I don't want to wait until tomorrow afternoon.

I have 8 gamestops within 20miles of me...Only one of those stores is getting copies and they are getting exactly two copies.
