You know, I was playing with the team after the trade and I just wasn't liking it all that much. I came to the realization that I want LaMarcus to be my star player (he's also among my top 5 favorite players, which might be why), so I scrapped everything and restarted the association. I again traded Roy away, but more for depth and such.

I need to make a move in my Pistons association too many damn guards so ive come up with this.

Hamilton

T.White or J. Jerebko

G. Wallace
B. Diaw
D. Diop

It gets rid of Hamilton, Wallace can replace prince and Diop is just what the wanna give me.

It ties up money for me for 2 more years but if I dont do something about all the 2 guards im going to have a bunch of upset 2 guards

Any thoughts or better ideas?

in my suns association a couple weeks before the trade deadline. my team is great on offense but needs some defensive help. normal rules for me are only to go after players on the rumour list. serge ibaka is on the rumour list and checked to see what they wanted for him. they wanted grant hill straight up. i felt it was a bit cheap and was going to throw in a 1st round pick in 2012. final trade would be

Bobcats trade Stephen Jackson to the Portland Trailblazers for Greg Oden.

The reason? I'm playing Create a Legend mode, and Jackson was unhappy with his minutes (does he think he'll get much with MJ as SG in 5 minute quarters) The Bobcats were in severe need of a big man. The small forwards could score a lot, but they could not rebound for second chance oppurtunities. After a bad first game with Oden, he blossomed into a defensive beast. He is probably the top defensive player in my CAL Mode (along with teammate Tyrus Thomas and Michael Jordan himself.) In 5 min quarters he's averaging .9 blocks, but usually on his good games he has 3-5 blocks, same with T. Thomas. Everyone on the team has +1 rating after half a season (except one dude who's minus 2, know why? hes a SG.)

The problem is that whenever we face the Celtics or Heat my teammates start doing horrible. They get blocked or get the balls stolen everytime they go into the paint. They can't shoot threes either. I really wish you could assign specific practices for teammates in CAL mode. The only thing I can do is try scoring 10 points a quarter and keep us in a HUGE lead. But then the CPU has to sub me out. I come back in 2 minutes later we're losing by 9 when were were winning by 10.

Now this stuff isnt onsubject..just wanted to get that stuff out...stupid Miami...almost invincible on video games now

So I did this trade in my Heat Association

Heat receive:
Chauncey Billups
Al Harrington

Nuggets receive:
Chris Bosh
Joel Anthony
'11 2nd Round pick via Raptors

The main reason I feel this would happen is that the Nuggets already have Ty Lawson who needs room to develop, which wouldn't happen with Billups starting over him. Also adding Bosh could be a way to keep Melo happy. Harrington was thrown in so I would be able to get a stable PF.

OKC trades Serge Ibaka

After only 3 games of using Millsap i found him to be too slow and small for my taste. So OKC took him for Ibaka. I feel bad for taking Millsap away from UTAH and flipping him to OKC, but i don't do trade overrides so that's that.

Ibaka is a monster. Gives a huge defensve upgrade over Millsap. OKC will get a banger out of it. So I don't see why it doesn't work on both sides.

Its unreal to think of them trading Bosh although it makes sense. You get a heady pg who will work well with bron and wade cause he can post up smaller guards. Harrington will give you a similar offensive skills but rebounding might become an issue.

Althoough Lawson, Melo, Bosh, Nene will score a ton of points.

Boston has a bunch of starting caliber centers Darko will just be another body for them the price for Darko might be a turn off but Perkins is due for a bigger than 5 mil a yr pay raise. They also get Minnys 1st which has a high chance of being a lottery pick(unless your playing them all and it wont be then your just hosing them)

yeah i am hoping to improve the t-wolves a lot over the next year. I know the pick has a high chance of being a good pick, but I was getting killed in the post.

Its fair as long as the pick is worthwhile. I actually like Darko as a backup big in 2k he gives you decent D off the bench. But even then he still sucks. Im just a Darko fan
