I have that now...and playing season mode i cant carry my players i may have traded for in the previous year over to the following season so no i dont want to play season mode...Thread should actually be based on asssociationmode is broke for those who sim becuase none of you have actually played through a season to comment on what happens after you do

Playing every game will not matter when it comes to the things in association that are broken!

Playing every game will not fix the stupid road records for every CPU

Playing every game will not fix 0 trades happening year one and beyond

Playing every game will not fix the ridiculously high rookies in each incoming draft class

Playing every game will in fact, not fix the problem of no free agents being signed

Playing every game will not fix the problem with player morale and their roles.

If you honestly think playing every single game will be the magical fix to all these problems, than you're more gullible and hopeful than ANY person I know.

You guys have been doing nothing but pulling your hair out trying to "fix" the alleged shortcomings of some portion of the game whose relevance is debatable at best *if you're actually PLAYING the damn game instead of simming stuff all day long*. That's insane, bro.

I've had people asking me if the game was actually broken due to the fact that they came here, skimmed through the thread and couldn't figure out wtf was going on...and that's beyond silly.

2k got the gameplay right and wrapped it up in one helluva package and that's all that matters. It's an excellent game, no matter how you look at it.

Go get a basketball managerial game if you're so concerned about effin CPU trades.

Yes I can make a trade after year 1 just fine..

But if you tell me that other teams making 0 trades is realistic, than you sir don't know what the NBA is..

And yes, finally you agree with the player morales system, it's broken, and needs to be fixed.

Problem is im in my association for MY team...i dont need to focus that much on what the cpu does...never really have cared about it in ANY sports game and im strickly an association dynasty guy offline player. I just worry about keeping my team in tact becuase that the main thing that affects the actual GAMEPLAY imo

These problems with association mode kill the expereience for those, like myself, who want the most realistic experience possible. The fact that you don't want the most realistic experience does NOT, in any way, shape, or form, mean that association mode doesn't have its problems.

And the thread title DOES need to be changed because if you change playbooks, coaching sliders and a few tendencies, the damn thing ain't broke.......Hell, the Hawks started 14-0 in my assoc....Thats right....they have a damn good team on my games.....Guess who all have awesome home and away records, off the top of my head.....Heat, Lakers, Magic, Blazers, Bulls, Mavs, Suns, Spurs, Celtics and the Rockets ALL are well above .500 in my season and ALL have winning road records, 25 games into my Franchise....

I think some of us are pissed because the thread gives people a false sense of the game....You've people coming in here and actually questiong on buying the game completely because you say the mode is BROKEN.....meaning UNPLAYABLE.....you might not want to accept that you have to do the work yourself(and you'll still have to do the work yourself even after a patch)<<< I don't know how people can't understand this...if you think its broke now, faulty trade logic and the cpu signing 3 FA's who all play the same position just because they have the money is not gonna fix it......

I don't think anybody can say who deserves to post in this thread...at least I've offered up numerous ways to improve it but the thread is 28 pages long still...
