this is really pissing me off. I call a time out and put in certain players only to waste because they didn't get subbed in. This even happens to me when playing online. I have the coach options set to Manuel also.

Yep happens most of the time, I just call to and then pause and make adjustments there..sucks to do that tho

Well theres a sub glitch on the screen if you use the D-PAD down in game system..So maybe there is something else going on that in regard.

The glitch happens when you have , say the starters in. You RB scroll to the bench and press B to activate that lineup to become PENDING.. now say you go back in there and want to change something again.. But this time the PENDING, becomes the ON COURT squad.

With an issue like that, im sure there are other persistent sub glitches

This was happening to me too but I figured out how to fix it. From the timeout menu, always make sure the subs are the last thing you do during the timeout. If you want to select a point of emphasis, or change matchups or whatever, you must do that first, and then do your subs. After you make your subs, you have to hit B to dismiss the menu from the substitution menu. If you make subs, and then scroll over to point of emphasis, the subs will reset to who is on the court, and you will have to do it again. Hopefully all that made sense.
