    Post Offense Drill

Anyone have any tips for consistently doing well in this drill? I've been able to get it a few times but I struggle to complete it every time.

    Re: Post Offense Drill

If you're using a big man with pretty good size for this drill, just keep backing down the post defender til he falls...easy dunk or layup.

If the post defender stands his ground...spin move, hop step...easy layup.

I have a Grizzlies association going and these methods have worked well for me in trying to make SOMETHING out of Hasheem Thabeet.
