In terms of scoring ... Westbrook and Durant are more dangerous that LBJ and Wade .. as it should be since that's the case irl.
I didn't notice that until the other night. I think he put his meds and 3pt rating in the high 70's which sucks. But if thats what he is shooting then so be it.

In my OKC Association i usually start off

first quater mid range and easy baskets

2nd threes and looking for his shot more

3rd i take off somewhat(6-9 pts or so)

4th i jus go off lol

Durant is lethal. But I disagree that he's the MOST dangerous in the game, particularly when it comes to 1v1 iso'ing.

Melo is the most dangerous player in this game, he has an inside / post offense rating higher than dwight howard, and shoots mid range on par with ray allen, off the dribble and in traffic hes in the top 5 in pretty much every offensive category except 3 point shooting, but if you know his release once he gets hot he will just nail the 3's all day.

The thing is ... if you use him right .. his OPEN shots are really what's deadly .. so a two or three point drop doesn't cause a significant problem. I actually like them more now because Westbrook is a better shooter while Durant is still basically the same threat ... tuff team to beat in that game.
Ya'll link me though folks .. I'm tryna either school or get some more education from the good folks on here ... Stikz24.

I'm definitely looking for advice on Durant. The shots are simply not falling and it's weird. I shot better with him in 2K11 with a lower mid shot rating...than I do now with it being higher.

it's almost like his shot timing changes mid game.

Step 1. Have at least a little space to shoot.
Step 2. Pull right thumbstick down.
Step 3. Release thumbstick at top of jump.
Step 4. Watch shots drop continuously.

Sounds about right. An off night for me with Durant is 8-13 haha. Practice mode is your friend.

For a serious response, make them respect you off the dribble. KD doesn't have the best handles of star scorers, but they are enough to get you by your man. Now once you are by your man remember KD has an excellent SOD rating. If defenses are collapsing pull that open mid range J. Now you got them respecting Durant's drive. Now use the Triple threat, and namely the jab step to back a guy off you. Now see my last post for further instruction.
