J.J. Barea isn't getting enough props in this thread. I make an issue out of acquiring him. Plays one or two. Shoots, can finish at the rim, passes, effort defender and has the sick size up cross to get around crappy defenders on his strong side.

sheeeeyyyyaaaatt, he even gets busy on the boards for me from time to time. I can't have a team without him.

    Honourable Mentions:
    Joey Dorsey/Reggie Evans
    Aaron Affalo

Someone already said this but for me its Gilbert Arenas because he is overrated. I get fouled evertime i drive to the basket or if i dont get fouled i make a tough contested layup most of the time. His is wet from mid range and will constantly it from 3. You just have to get use to his shot because he has a quick release. Offline i think i give him more min. then nelson but i traded him away in my association because his contract is to large for someone coming off the bench

You have to unlock him with REDitor, but wally szczerbiak is just straight MONEY. Easy release and CRAZY mid-range rating (like 90) and 3 rating.

In my first association year with my Wizards, I had Kaptain Kirk Hinrich off the bench playing both the 1 and 2, and was a GREAT off the bench spark. Very good 3pt shooter for my squad, great defender, and great passer. Does a little bit of everything. Al Thornton was also a great off the bench presence, as he provided athleticism my starting SF (Josh Howard) just plain out didn't have. Many Wall to Thornton oops were had on the way to the NBA title.

When I play vs my friends I'm the Mavs a lot so I use Terry off the bench all the time.

Dorrell Wright - Have him as a backup small forward in my Thunder association. Great shot + good defender. Can make 3s when he needs to.

JJ Reddick - Great 3 point shooter.

Tony Allen - terrific guy to have come off your bench. Plays tremendous defense + can drive to basket.

Eric Maynor - my most favorite back up point guard I've ever had. Has a nice shot + is a good passer. Love him.

Damion James - just plain athletic in this game. Can make shots and drive to basket. decent defender too iirc.

JJ Redick is correct. I just traded for him, I needed a backup PG/SG combo sixth man type. Hits 3's with ease, hits open mid range. Best under the radar trade I went with.
