        2k's commentary is great IMO.

There are going to be quirky/repeated lines here and there....so that doesnt bother me..

Just stop announcing what defense im playing! Clark will literally wait until all other dialouge is completed and still go out of his way to announce im "solidifying the middle"

Something along the lines of, "He's not usually a good scorer, but he's stepped up today." I think that bit is tied to offensive awareness. Why not tie it to points per game, you know, what actually quantifies a player's scoring ability?

Doris Burke's lines are pretty lame imo. As lame and repetitive as some of Kellog's. Especially when describing or talking about what a coach said:

"I asked him what would best describe his defense and he replied-Intimidation-"

"...I don't if you guys woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning..."

"We have them right were we want them....just finish them off and we will come up with a "W"... "

              "...He was clearly fuming..."

Regardless if he's replacing or joining, I'm hoping it will turn out well. And on terms with the "Ohhhhh" lines they say for dunks. I only get annoyed when they are in the middle of a convo then they just stop and talk about the dunk. It's more annoying in MLB 2K11 since they stop talking about w/e when there's a hit. But overall, there's no need to switch back to the game because a dunk happens.

I wonder how much work would it take for 2K to have a department that strictly takes the commentary from all Nationally televised games, and implement them into the video game itself.

Let's say your playing a game (Heat vs. Bulls). The current situation in the video game has Luol Deng guarding LeBron out on the perimeter. The game would then just use one of the lines said during the Bulls/Heat series from this past season.

Probably a lot easier said then done though. Plus they would have to find a way to prevent certain comments constantly looping as well.

It's actually a 4-man commentary team. Some of Kenny's lines are still there. It's as if he's talking but you hear Kellogg's voice.

Idk the exact line but it cues in the last min or so and there's no chance of a team coming back and he says something about them "finding out what's on the dinner menu" It's long and it's not even funny.

But then again Kelogg won't be in the game. Why oh why couldn't they get Marv Albert or Reggie Miller?

I think it repetitiveness that is the real problem, not the "quality" of the commentary. When the last time you watched any sporting event and thought hey these guys are really funny and insightful?
