One thing that was alittle bit bothering to me was how all the old school players have generic shoes.

I know its really knit picky but i thought they would atleast add some old school chucks or something to the really old school players like bill russell..etc

I'm not really sure what they have in store exactly (regarding how many older shoes they'll offer) but I did read this in the Bill Russell description: "We also made adjustments to the uniforms for these older teams, not only making the shorts shorter, but making the jerseys fit tighter and fitting them in the older style shoes."

Hopefully that helps. I know of the screenshots that have been released, I believe I heard one of 2K's representatives state that the shoes were still being updated (i.e. all those generics aren't necessarily the final product for these guys).

The hardest thing to read... No 2000-2001 Lakers or Sixers team... Meaning no Afro Kobe or MVP Shaq or MVO Allen Iverson..

Now that is sad...smh

But I like everyone else.

Well look no further than this very thread and this very page ... mostly "teenagers" are the ones who are still asking for them (not in NBAPA) as well as AI (not yet retired) ... anyways, again, I am really impressed by all the teams and players that made the final cut (even with a few generic players here and there).

This man.., 2k went hard as hell for you guys and they went after EVERYBODY. If your favorite player is not in the game it is NOT their fault. I can's say anymore than that but your man Czar had a front seat view and if you saw their "wishlist" you would be proud.

So its more like " " dropped the ball and insert the name of your favorite player who is not in the game.

Charles and Reggie work for TNT, who 2k closely worked with in 2k11 and before. They have Kevin Harlan and Steve Kerr - TNT NBA commentators. I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to get Charles Barkley and Reggie Miller.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think he had the fro that year.

He is Frobe' in game. It's not a HUGE fro but it is a fro.

I'm interested to see if the got Wilt Chamberlain's signature moves in the game, like the "Dipper" finger roll. Also Elgin Baylor's hangtime shots.

This is all just glorious even another Jordan Bulls team the 88 -89 Bulls hoping they do a different player model for Jordan for this team he should have a little hair not all the way bald yet. Also so excited about playing with Alonzo, Larry Johnson, Penny and Shaq, Russel, Wilt, Pistol Pete, Oscar Robertson, David Robinson, Kareem, Bird, Magic, Isiah, The Logo Jerry Mr Clutch West, Nique, Stockton and Malone, this is amazing. just wow.

Also I can recreate the 95 playoffs Rockets vs Magic's

But one let down is no Reggie Miller or Charles Barkley hopefully next year

I have no idea why people complain about AI because he is going to be in the game anyways as a free agent

I also hope they have Scottie Pippen's

Why're you guys saying that the reason for AI not being in the game is because he's "not yet retired"?

You do realize that a few (Kobe, Duncan, etc.) haven't retired yet, but are still in the game? They could've gotten AI in if they wanted to, unless there's an explanation for him not being in..
