Re: Developer Insight #2: NBA's Greatest Released
I love what i read but i hope to see right wram ups for all these teams it add the the feel of it. All the correct arena in there appernce during the era so we should see 3 diffrent verison of the The Forum. in this game. I could of sworn i read somewhere that they were going to do that in early set up. Proper uni example 95-96 bulls black pin strip alt uni and same for 97-98 jazz with there black road alt as well.
Also looks like most teams will be at least 9 man rosters....
I cant wait to get my hands on this and start digging into that file...Last edited by hokupguy; 08-19-2011, 02:52 PM."Never say never, because limits are like fears and they are often just an illusion."-M.J.Comment

Re: Developer Insight #2: NBA's Greatest Released
Maybe he will be still hidden on the disc for 2k12 like it he was for 2k11. There more current update has the hidden Van Exel on his roster.
But i dont think PB plan on getting to 2k12 but that was before everything came out on the news of teams..."Never say never, because limits are like fears and they are often just an illusion."-M.J.Comment

All those teams.....I might not ever make it to association mode with so many good classic teams. I gotta try to not get too excited though....gotta judge the final product, and not just an article talking about a feature.Comment

World B. Free and a young Doc. Sac town that should have won the championship. Both Hardaways on top of Jordan. It's a wrap.
Side Note: It's actually 36 teamsLast edited by OG_McNabb; 08-19-2011, 03:11 PM.Comment

My nostalgia is at an unbelievable high. If this game improves on the minor issues with 2k11, I may not be seen or heard from until this time next year.San Antonio Spurs

Re: Developer Insight #2: NBA's Greatest Released
Uh-oh--just read this near the bottom...
"Whenever you win an NBA’s Greatest game with the highlighted player, you unlock both teams in the matchup for use all throughout the game."
That means, as a HUGE Bulls fan, I have to play with the dreaded Bad Boys and beat Chicago to unlock the 1988-89 Bulls. I don't think I can bring myself to do that.
I need your help youvalss!
Yeah, that part irked me, too.
I'm so big a fan of MJ's Bulls that I can't stand to even think about them losing even in digital form, and especially to the Bad Boys Pistons.
I gotta think of a way to circumvent this little dilemma."I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying."
