    Man this has me soo hyped up. I loved the playcalling in 2K11 but there is NO denying that it had its flaws. If this runs as smoothly as it sounds, I'm going to be unstoppable.

      The new features in the play calling system looks awesome, love the new quick strategy options for on the fly.

        Great insight here this one got me really excited especially the Living Branches and Persistent Offense. And big props to VC bringing in the Czar for actual gameplay design that was AWESOME to hear!!

        Can't wait for the control insight because it seems like they have improved on my 2nd worry with this year's game.

          Sweet and oh so sick at the very same time! NBA 2k12 seems to be continuing the leap into hyper-sim. It sort of leaves other "sim" games in a different genre as in Arcade, Sim, Hyper-Sim.

          I love what he was talking about in regards to giving older gamers a strategic advantage over younger gamers who might have more "stick skills".

            So when reviewing this internally, we sought out the best solution to this issue. All of our gameplay team and a member of the SIM gaming community (the man behind some of the great playcall videos put together last year – Da Czar) locked themselves in a meeting room for six hours until they came up with an equitable solution. Yes, we do bring in our most dedicated community members for their opinions - as you’ve seen with Da Czar’s involvement and with our Momentous videos from over the years.

              I NEED to see this in action...last year whenever you ran a play the animations for the players would get in the way and sometimes they end up running in place getting stuck with another player...

              Off ball picks are also a problem since they don't seem to connect and its just looked disjointed...

              all in all i'm excited about the on the fly seamless play calling system

                  Strategies, Branching, inbound plays, dynamic playbooks ... a 1000 ways to approach a game. Love it just love it. I dare the cheesers now to try and employ the same move through all game!!!!

                      Hopefully we can save playbooks for online, since it seems we can put a lot of effort and love into our own system ... God, still can't believe it ...

                        I cant tell you how many times my crew talked over a play during a timeout to win or tie a game only to have Brandon Bass inbound the ball and lose -_-

                          The insight was nice and all, but they STILL didn't mention if we are going to be able to SAVE playbooks for online games and online leagues!!

                          Adding more plays to the game is great, but it just screws us over if we have no way to save those plays and have to sift through playbooks every.single.time we play online..
