Re: My Player screenshot released, Create Your Own Jumpshot!!!
This is the second time I hear about a specific edit for my player(abilities being the other). I hope all of these changes are also editable in edit player. I like the idea of the "Abilities" and "Create a Shot" in My Player but I also hope they can be used outside of the mode.Comment

Re: My Player screenshot released, Create Your Own Jumpshot!!!
This is quite cool. As others have said, I'm imagining it'll just be a mash-up of current jumpers in the game. Of course, I use the term "just" lightly. There are so many jumpers to choose from that it should make for some great combinations.Comment

Re: My Player screenshot released, Create Your Own Jumpshot!!!
This is something that I will spend alot of time on. I always had problems on choosing which jumpshot I wanted. I always got mixed on Ray Allen, Waves, and Textbook. I cant wait to mess around. I would like to have a high elevating Quick High Arcing shot.
I cant wait to see how deep this is.Comment

Re: My Player screenshot released, Create Your Own Jumpshot!!!
The first time I heard about Kinect (project natal back then) I immediately thought something like this, but given the circumstances and knowing how Kinect works (I got it), I really hope it's not using Kinect/Move. Well, I don't know how the PS Move works, but Kinect doesn't recognize all the moves perfect, and it has problems with certain movements, so I'm hoping for chaining established movementsComment

Re: My Player screenshot released, Create Your Own Jumpshot!!!
And 2K pretty much just added a feature everyone put on their wishlist. A make your own jumpshot editor.
Shows you that they really do listen to their fans and the community. I just...don't see how this game is going to be topped by future iterations or future competitors. I. Just. Don't.Comment

Awesome news. I was never satisfied with my CAP's jumper in 2k11. Either the leg movement or the release would annoy me. Now I can make my own and not have that annoyance.
Now about the shoes...HELLO BROOKYLN.

Re: My Player screenshot released, Create Your Own Jumpshot!!!
So I'm just speculating here, but with Ronnie's quote, "It reminded fans of a cross between Kevin Duckworth's one handed shot release with the unorthodox pigeon toes of Marcus Camby." I wonder if we will be able to create the jumpshot based on different "parts". For example, combining Duckworth's form and Camby's foot placement.
Looks like Mike Wang will tell us how it works in the Controls Insight.

Could you imagine Ray Allen's release with Paul Pierce's set 3 point shot? LMAO. That would be hilarious.Comment
