Not to be a party-pooper, but isn't selling games before the release date frowned upon by the publisher?

Trust me, I'd pay full console price to get the game on PC right now, but I'm wondering if OS could get in trouble for threads like this one.

Nah no more ps3. I have 2 left for xbox. I sold the rest guys like you that have been messaging. I didn't relist it though I just sent them all invoices via paypal because I didn't want a whole bunch of messages again once I have to end the listing because they go fast lol. So if you or anyone wants it give me your email and ill send you an invoice and once you pay ill ship and provide you with the tracking number. You have my word.

This is from a guy from ebay who was selling nba2k12. At first he had ps3 copies and he had pictures of the actual game. I was asking him if he had anymore ps3 copies and only 360 copies left and i asked him if he had them listed. Let me know if you want his ebay name

This is from a guy from ebay who was selling nba2k12. At first he had ps3 copies and he had pictures of the actual game. I was asking him if he had anymore ps3 copies and only 360 copies left and i asked him if he had them listed. Let me know if you want his ebay name

For everyone trying to jump on that remember he didnt list them. You have to email/contact him through ebay.

ALSO on the ps3 offers he did have a couple pictures of the game but be warned he said the game did not come with the case so the 360 copies may not have the case also. You might want to ask him if you are big on having the case
